I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I wish I could've stayed here my entire time in Macau. The rooms are not the biggest but the new design (finished in 2024) is brilliant and makes you feel connected to what came before. The hotel dates back to 1928 and was the original ”President” and was central to the rise of Macau ****** culture, being a focal point of the fantan monopoly. There's an extraordinary neighborhood around it, which reminded my partner of Southern China and Hong Kong of the past. You can eat and drink in street food stalls, restaurants, and coffee shops that are much more than a hundred years old and original. I was inspired by the story of the man who renovated the place and the area, how he grew up here, led the investors, designers, and restoration team throughout COVID and finally they all completed the place. Well worth the trip and I would go again.

Located on Taipa Island, this five-star hotel is a hidden gem that truly embodies the essence of indulgence. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service set the tone for my stay. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. I was upgraded to a luxury suite, and the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the elegant decor and spacious layout. The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular. With its impeccable service, lavish accommodations, and stunning views, I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to experience the pinnacle of luxury in Macau. I can’t wait to return!

Location is convenient. It located at the heart of Taipa. Bus stop is at the gate of the hotel. It is convenient to go every part of Macau. Room is delicate and convenient. Though it is a little bit small, still fine for me and my son. Design of room is cozy. I like the color tone of the room.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

首先是伦敦人名匯員工Joyce女士提前先致电我，詢問这次行程有几位賓客入住並且是否有什麼特別的庆祝或紀念日。Ms Joyce的工作态度非常认真，声音也特別溫柔，還未入住倫敦人名匯酒店就已經让我感覺到选擇伦敦人名汇多麼的正確！ 从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到浓郁的英式风情，建筑与装饰精致典雅，仿佛一秒穿越到伦敦。办理入住时，好巧遇到的正是一直在WeChat 和我聯繫的酒店員工Ms Arya ,她不仅迅速帮忙完成手续，还亲自带领我们前往房间。一路上，Arya幫我一路照顧孩子們，並對孩子的提問耐心解答，她不但详细介绍酒店的各项设施，也耐心解答我们的疑问，服务专业又贴心。 只是隨口和Ms Joyce說过這次是为了庆祝生日，未有提及任何要求布置或特殊要求，沒想到Ms Joyce和 Ms Arya這次給我們的驚喜是首先升級了房間，進入房間後惊喜还在继续,Arya竟然带着精心为我們准备的生日蛋糕唱生日歌，那一刻真的太感动了！晚上回房間時，惊喜又出現了，Arya還准备消除腿部疲勞的熱貼和兩顆浴球送給我們。这不仅仅是一次入住，更像是貼心的惊喜派對，房间的布置也无可挑剔，宽敞舒适，床品柔软，各种细节都彰显着品质。 Joyce 和Arya的热情服务给这次旅行留下了深刻印象，让我和孩子們度过了一段无比温馨难忘的时光！
