La habitación se ha modernizado con vistas agradables, donde podemos disfrutar de la fuente musical justo frente al hotel Wynn Palace. El desayuno es excelente con una variedad de opciones. La ubicación es muy estratégica que se conecta a la estación de Cotai Oriental. Vale la pena volver a revisar.

首先是伦敦人名匯員工Joyce女士提前先致电我，詢問这次行程有几位賓客入住並且是否有什麼特別的庆祝或紀念日。Ms Joyce的工作态度非常认真，声音也特別溫柔，還未入住倫敦人名匯酒店就已經让我感覺到选擇伦敦人名汇多麼的正確！ 从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到浓郁的英式风情，建筑与装饰精致典雅，仿佛一秒穿越到伦敦。办理入住时，好巧遇到的正是一直在WeChat 和我聯繫的酒店員工Ms Arya ,她不仅迅速帮忙完成手续，还亲自带领我们前往房间。一路上，Arya幫我一路照顧孩子們，並對孩子的提問耐心解答，她不但详细介绍酒店的各项设施，也耐心解答我们的疑问，服务专业又贴心。 只是隨口和Ms Joyce說过這次是为了庆祝生日，未有提及任何要求布置或特殊要求，沒想到Ms Joyce和 Ms Arya這次給我們的驚喜是首先升級了房間，進入房間後惊喜还在继续,Arya竟然带着精心为我們准备的生日蛋糕唱生日歌，那一刻真的太感动了！晚上回房間時，惊喜又出現了，Arya還准备消除腿部疲勞的熱貼和兩顆浴球送給我們。这不仅仅是一次入住，更像是貼心的惊喜派對，房间的布置也无可挑剔，宽敞舒适，床品柔软，各种细节都彰显着品质。 Joyce 和Arya的热情服务给这次旅行留下了深刻印象，让我和孩子們度过了一段无比温馨难忘的时光！

¡Gracias por su increíble hospitalidad! Catherine (conserje) y Vincent (recepción) brindaron un servicio excepcional. Catherine nos ayudó a reservar restaurantes y nos proporcionó información sobre lugares de interés y transporte local. Vincent me ayudó a prolongar mi estancia. El personal de limpieza también brindó un servicio profesional. Parecían entender chino con mayor facilidad. El antifaz para dormir y el osito de peluche fueron un buen recuerdo del Conrad Macao (verifiqué que otros clientes también los habían comprado). Gracias por el excelente servicio.

¡Fue una experiencia inolvidable alojarse en Macao! Al venir a Macao todos los años, esta es la primera vez que mi familia siente que el servicio refleja cuán clase mundial es el diseño del hotel. En primer lugar, debo repetir mi agradecimiento al Sr. Wiyi Liang Weiyu, el director de recepción. Se enteró por la información de que el check-in fue para celebrar un aniversario después de recibir el pedido, ya que el precio de la habitación en Navidad siempre es más alto. Como era habitual, con mucha consideración organizó un servicio especial de recogida y devolución en el hotel. Muchos colegas ya recibieron el coche y fuimos directamente a la habitación para registrarnos. Fue una gran sorpresa cuando entramos a la habitación. Resultó que Wiyi ya había ayudado a decorar la habitación. También había una tienda de campaña interior para los niños y un juego de frutas de postre. Ella siguió comunicándose con los niños sobre cada detalle. Alojarse en la suite agregó desayuno (07:00 a. m. a 13:00 p. m.), té de la tarde (15:00 a. m. a 17:30 p. m.) y hora del cóctel (18:00 a. m. a 20:30 p. m.). Un total de tres comidas fueron ricas y exquisitas. y la barra de agua Todo es de uso gratuito y el diseño es británico. El baño es lo suficientemente grande como para que lo usen varias personas al mismo tiempo. Hay un masajeador de pies frente al inodoro 😚😍. para los niños. A ella le encanta mucho. La salida puede retrasarse, hay diferentes actuaciones en el vestíbulo y conocí a Alice. No he experimentado un servicio de alta calidad en Japón en mucho tiempo. El servicio de Wiyi representa el estándar de los hoteles de Londres. Vale la pena alojarse a este precio para celebrar un aniversario o Navidad.

Esta es la primera vez que me alojo en una habitación con temática de Lisboa. El piso es muy grande, por lo que solicité que estuviera cerca de la entrada del ascensor para mayor comodidad; de lo contrario, las habitaciones del medio/trasero estarían muy lejos. La ubicación es menos ventajosa. Aunque está frente a la Alta Lisboa, el lado opuesto está relativamente lejos. Muchas veces tengo que ir y venir a la Alta Lisboa más cercana para tomar un autobús y comer. El único inconveniente es que el cabezal de la ducha gotea en la habitación. Afortunadamente, la cama no está contra la pared. Pero para las salas temáticas, esta está llena de Line Friend y tiene muchos espacios para registr****. Realmente vale la pena intentarlo☺️.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Location is convenient. It located at the heart of Taipa. Bus stop is at the gate of the hotel. It is convenient to go every part of Macau. Room is delicate and convenient. Though it is a little bit small, still fine for me and my son. Design of room is cozy. I like the color tone of the room.

The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I wish I could've stayed here my entire time in Macau. The rooms are not the biggest but the new design (finished in 2024) is brilliant and makes you feel connected to what came before. The hotel dates back to 1928 and was the original ”President” and was central to the rise of Macau ****** culture, being a focal point of the fantan monopoly. There's an extraordinary neighborhood around it, which reminded my partner of Southern China and Hong Kong of the past. You can eat and drink in street food stalls, restaurants, and coffee shops that are much more than a hundred years old and original. I was inspired by the story of the man who renovated the place and the area, how he grew up here, led the investors, designers, and restoration team throughout COVID and finally they all completed the place. Well worth the trip and I would go again.
