«La ubicación de este hotel es excelente. Justo debajo hay un centro comercial, y no es exagerado decir que puedes comprar hasta que te duelan las piernas. Además, hay muchísimas opciones de comida. La cama es cómoda y el precio es razonable, así que en general la relación calidad-precio es altísima. Aunque está recién reformado, la habitación no tiene ningún olor y la decoración tiene mucho estilo. El único pequeño inconveniente es que en el pasillo se olía a cigarrillo, quizás porque algunas habitaciones son para fumadores, lo cual es comprensible al estar en la zona de un casino. Ah, y el personal te sube el equipaje a la habitación de antemano, ¡eso también fue un detalle genial!»

«Al hacer el check-in, la habitación aún no estaba lista, ¡y cuando regresamos por la noche, no había ninguna habitación disponible! ¡Menos mal que el hotel nos subió gratis a la suite presidencial! ¡Fue una verdadera sorpresa! Ambiente: El hotel está bastante cerca de las Ruinas de San Pablo, rodeado de edificios antiguos y con vistas a Zhuhai al otro lado del mar. El edificio en general tiene un toque de antaño. Servicio: El personal de servicio fue muy amable. Estábamos esperando en la fila para que nos llamaran un taxi, pero no venía ninguno. Nos preguntaron nuestro próximo destino y fueron directamente a la calle para llamar a un coche para nosotros. Higiene: La limpieza de la habitación es definitivamente impecable. Instalaciones: La habitación es enorme, con todas las áreas funcionales imaginables: sala de estar, comedor, cocina, sala de cine, sauna, cama de masaje y una bañera grande. ¡Fue increíble!»

«¡El Venetian lo tiene todo para unas vacaciones increíbles en Macao! Al entrar en el vestíbulo, me quedé asombrado por los magníficos murales abovedados, y el techo artificial del Gran Canal en el tercer piso, con su luz que cambia del cielo azul al crepúsculo, es increíblemente realista. Un agradecimiento especial a Vicky Fan y Lydia Zhang de recepción. Fueron súper amables y extremadamente pacientes, nos ofrecieron una mejora gratuita a una suite con vistas y un late check-out, lo que hizo que nuestras ya agradables vacaciones fueran aún mejores. Mientras paseábamos en góndola escuchando al gondolero cantar canciones folclóricas italianas y pasando bajo los puentes, parecía que nos transportábamos al instante a una ciudad acuática europea. La suite Royal era enorme, con un baño con ducha y bañera separados y artículos de tocador exquisitos. Las vistas nocturnas de la Cotai Strip desde la ventana eran deslumbrantes y encantadoras. El servicio de autobús gratuito al aeropuerto hace que las compras y la comida sean muy fáciles. El servicio fue atento pero discreto. ¡Una experiencia de vacaciones de lujo de primera clase en Macao, todo en uno!»

«Viajé a Macao por negocios y me alojé en el Hotel Treasure Island. Llegué muy cansado esa noche. Al entrar en la habitación, quise tomar un té de jazmín, pero descubrí que una bolsita de té estaba abierta y el hervidor de agua no funcionaba. Después de mucho esfuerzo, pedí a recepción que repusiera el té y reemplazara el hervidor. Me trajeron 4 bolsitas de té nuevas, pero no eran de la marca original de la habitación (eran claramente de peor calidad y el envoltorio de regalo estaba manchado y sucio). Para un hotel que se anuncia como cinco estrellas, esto es realmente inaceptable. Después del check-out, me cobraron inexplicablemente 60 patacas (sin llamarme para verificar, sin ninguna razón). No me di cuenta hasta que vi que mi depósito no había sido reembolsado por completo. Llamé al hotel y me dijeron que me habían cobrado 60 patacas porque faltaba una bolsa de lavandería en la habitación. ¡Esto es realmente absurdo! Primero, nunca usé la bolsa de lavandería y mucho menos la tomé. Segundo, ¿puede un hotel cobrar dinero al azar y sin verificar? Me quedé tres noches y, desde la bolsita de té abierta y el hervidor roto el primer día de mi estancia hasta el cobro injustificado del depósito al hacer el check-out, no hubo ni una sola disculpa. ¡El hotel es pésimo! ¡Evítenlo a toda costa!»

Entorno: Ubicación céntrica, justo al lado de las principales atracciones. Hay un templo de Guan Di abajo y el edificio del Senado Leal enfrente. A 10 minutos a pie de las Ruinas de San Pablo, el Templo de Na Tcha, el Museo de Macao y la Fortaleza do Monte. A 20 minutos a pie del Grand Lisboa y otros. Servicio: Amable. Minibar gratuito (una vez por estancia): Snacks y bebidas gratuitos. ¡Cabe destacar que subir a la azotea por la noche para disfrutar de las vistas nocturnas y una bebida gratuita 🥤 es súper romántico y realmente increíble!»

«Nos alojamos aquí durante una escala con niños. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable y las vistas desde la ventana panorámica en los pisos altos son hermosas. Como había muchos huéspedes, el check-in fue un poco lento. Si llegas por la mañana, la espera para poder hacer el check-in es bastante larga. El almacenamiento de equipaje no se puede hacer junto con el check-in, lo que significa que tienes que hacer cola dos veces, y cada vez es una espera larga. El proceso necesita mejorar. Durante el día, el hotel ofrece un servicio de autobús y justo al lado está la estación de tren ligero de Lotus. Los taxis se pueden pedir y están listos para salir justo en la puerta del hotel, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para viajar con niños. Un detalle que realmente apreciamos es que el hotel preparó artículos de tocador especiales para los niños, lo cual demuestra mucha consideración. El minibar incluye aperitivos y bebidas de cortesía.»

«¡Este hotel realmente me sorprendió gratamente! Tanto el ambiente como el servicio, la limpieza y las instalaciones fueron bastante satisfactorios. La hora de check-in fue un poco tarde, pero la recepción ofrecía servicio de consigna de equipaje, así que no hubo problema. La insonorización de la habitación es buena, apenas se escucha ruido, y se pueden elegir habitaciones para no fumadores, lo cual es excelente porque no hay olor a tabaco de huéspedes anteriores. La limpieza es impecable, el suelo y las mesas no tienen polvo, después de ducharse no se te ensuciarán los pies si no usas zapatos, la separación entre la zona de ducha y el resto del baño está muy bien hecha. ¡Y lo que me gustó muchísimo fue la ducha de techo! No hay que preocuparse por personas extrañas que manipulen la alcachofa de la ducha y la ensucien, ya que con la ducha de techo no se necesita una alcachofa. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, el minibar puede refrigerar bebidas o comida, y los productos de baño (gel, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal) vienen en envases individuales, así no hay que preocuparse de que alguien les ponga cosas raras. No hace falta llevar pijama, porque te proporcionan un albornoz. La habitación también incluye un paraguas, lo que da mucha tranquilidad y comodidad. La habitación con vistas al mar tiene una vista excelente, justo enfrente está Hengqin (nota importante: hay que asegurarse de que los datos móviles de tu tarjeta SIM con roaming o paquete de datos de Macao no se conecten a Hengqin, si te cobran de más, debes pedir un reembolso a tu operador). En la tercera planta hay una piscina al aire libre con una profundidad de 1.2m, de uso gratuito para los huéspedes, abierta de 8 AM a 9 PM. El hotel también tiene un gimnasio disponible. El hotel cuenta con un autobús de enlace propio con muchas rutas. Para la línea del puesto fronterizo de Portas do Cerco, se sube en el puesto fronterizo de Qingmao. Si no lo encuentras, puedes tomar el autobús de Galaxy y caminar 5 minutos hasta Pai Kok para tomar el tren ligero, bajarte en la estación de Ocean y caminar unos 5 minutos para llegar al hotel. Luego, en la puerta del hotel, puedes esperar el autobús de enlace del hotel para ir a Venetian, Rua do Cunha o Portas do Cerco, es muy conveniente. En resumen, ya he guardado este hotel en mis favoritos. La próxima vez que pase una noche en Macao, definitivamente será mi primera opción, ¡lo recomiendo totalmente y sin dudarlo!»

«Me alojé 6 noches. El desayuno era muy bueno, con 3 tipos de huevos y 5 tipos de fideos; se podía pedir escaneando un código QR. Abajo, había congee de cangrejo al estilo Jiangzhehu y una pequeña barbacoa con ese ambiente local y auténtico. Todo estaba bastante bueno. Los productos del supermercado Xinmiao tienen muy buena relación calidad-precio. En el Oden de un supermercado 'Feng' de la planta baja, la col cocida por 5 AUD estaba recién hecha y deliciosa. En la frutería y verdulería más cercana, el durián costaba 19.9 yuanes el jin (aproximadamente 500g); compré uno por 98 yuanes y estaba delicioso. Hay que fiarse del personal, él sabe elegir muy bien. No está lejos del Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau y MGM Macau; se llega a pie en pocos minutos.»
