My partner and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel on June 17th. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality from your staff.
A special thank you to Jovi at the front desk for making our check-in so enjoyable with the fun surprise activity. We were delighted to win the Hampton Court buffet dinner - the food was excellent, especially the fresh oysters and rotating special dishes.
We also want to mention Cici at concierge for her helpful dinner recommendations, and Hin who showed us to our room and explained the hotel's features. The minibar selection and G Bear Café's caramel affogato were nice touches.
The entire team made our stay comfortable and memorable with their attentive yet unobtrusive service. We'll certainly consider staying again on future stay with Londoner Grand.

Was surprised to see LongvQueue upon my arrival. Nevertheless the process was fast, and glad to get a room on high floor with 2 queen beds.

The trip was to celebrate our anniversary, we are happy that there was a complimentary cake and beautiful decorates from the hotel. All guest can get a Thai mango sticky rice ice cream from hotel's Thai Restaurant when you show the room card. We had the buffet dinner at Hampton Court, the order seafood and cold seafood were quite fresh and delicious. Thanks for Lydia Xie (Guest Relations Officer – Reservations), Kimmy Luo (Guest Relations Officer – Reservations) and Gwyn Zhang (Senior Guest Relations Officer – Reservations - Call Centre Operations), about the room and buffet booking arrangement, efficiency reply of my email. And we also have two Londoner Bull Dog toys as a souvenir gift from the hotel. This trip let us have had a memorable anniversary!

I had an excellent time at Londoner Grand. The room, facilities are all brand new and clean, making the experience at LG very comfortable. Staffs at LG is what made my time truly memorable, lrene, Rose, and Mavis from guest relations team have beautifully decorated the room for my birthday all while being friendly and passionate to make my stay even better. Special thanks to Frank for upgrading the room, you are the best sir. If I will be visiting Macau in the future, I'am definitely coming back and will recommend my families and friends to do the same.❤️👍🏻

Good environment and somewhat convenient. Room and service is quite good and clean.
The public facilities such as the pools and the gym in particular are very nice.
Shopping experience is very accessible however, don’t expect any good food at the Venetian food court or anywhere within the Macau casino strip.

I've been here many times before, but they used to be Pleasant Goats, and now they've changed their name to Londoners. And then the overall experience was very good. First of all, because it is very attractive as a hotel, it has been completely renovated. And then the overall style, and the whole decoration is very impressive. Look brand-new. Then our housekeeper brother, a young man from the Philippines, was very welcoming and very nice. His name is SANJIEB. Next time I come to Macau, I will also recognize this hotel is so good. I was so lucky to come this time, because the hotel also gave us a free upgrade to a suite with a particularly luxurious room type.

One of the best hotels in Macau🇲🇴, really recommended. A very nice room with a good view. The breakfast was amazing and when we checked in we had a free set dinner at a Thai 🇹🇭 restaurant which was really good. Loved that there are lots of taxis in the taxi stand and in the streets🚕. Very nice experience at this hotel and it is my first time staying here. Trip.com is the best website to book hotels🏩.
