Hôtel du Parc

The location is very convenient, with reasonable rate. The room is small but clean. The best is the reception; all staff I met during the two nights stay were very friendly and willing to help out the best.

Great hotel, comfortable room, well located near Brotteaux and walking distance from part dieu. Welcoming room. Maybe a bit too hot in the room. But that's all. Breakfast was quite complete, a bit pricey to my taste but tasty

We stayed at the Hotel Du Parc between the 26th and 31st July. We were really happy with the room itself - it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to many metro stops and Part Dieu station which makes it a brilliant central location which allows you to readily get to all of the different areas in Lyon, it's also a short walk away from Parc de la Tête d'Or which is stunning. We were really surprised with the complimentary breakfast during the holidays as we weren't expecting this - it was a continental breakfast that was tasty and set us up for the day. All members of staff were ever so polite and willing to help at all times. Would recommend in the future and will definitely be the first place I will stay if I ever visit Lyon again! Just be mindful - the hotel is on a busy street but this didn't really cause us an issue as you couldn't hear the outdoor bars when our windows were closed - the room had A/C! I feel very fortunate to have booked at this hotel. I was warmly welcomed, had a lovely room. Breakfast was ample and tasty with a good sized time window to meet all circumstances. As a sole traveller, the security provided by the key operated lift was reassuring. The hotel is located to lots of good quality restaurants, bars and shops and is convenient for public transport or a stroll to see the sights.

You either leave your ID card the whole stay or get no parking. Blew my mind. However parking is not on the spot, had to go to another place to leave a car. Place was clean, outside kind of noisy. Staff barely speaks english.

N’ayez surtout pas le malheur d’oublier en vêtement car il sera volé par l’équipe, Quand on appelle au sujet d’un vêtement oublié on vous rigole au téléphone, Pendant que j’y suis, il faisait froid dans la chambre, à l’accueil on nous dit qu’une personne va venir pour le chauffage, personne n’est venu en 2 jours et le ménage n’a jamais été fait, c’était très sale !
