Lee House

We received a warm welcome from Greg. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious (one of the best we've had) Lee house is in the centre of Lynton close to lots of very nice eateries. We chose to go the Italian, but could have had a number of different meals in Lynton.

We spent 2 nights at Lee House and really wished we had booked for longer. We had the most wonderful time for my boyfriends 40th. Gregg and Jacqui are the most amazing hosts. We were in the Garden Room which is at the back of the property so very quiet and has its own terrace. The room is lovely, quiet and a great space to just relax. The room was so clean - possibly the cleanest BnB we have ever stayed in! I would thoroughly recommend the cream tea on arrival. Sitting on our terrace in the sunshine looking out on the beautiful garden was such a lovely experience. The breakfasts set you up for a day of exploring & there is the option to get a packed lunch as well. The location is great! And they have a whole folder of walks to review if you are keen to get out and about. I just wish we had been able to stay longer. We will be back!! Perfect BnB/Guest hour experience :)

We have just returned home from our second stay at Lee House. Gregg and Jacqui could not be more welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. (Even stopping to chat when they must be so busy!) The house is gorgeous, the beds sooo comfy and the breakfasts delicious! If you get a chance, try their sandwiches and cream teas as well! I can't believe how peaceful and quiet the house is - we enjoyed ourselves so much, we've booked our third visit for next year!

Our first visit to Lee House & can wholeheartedly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for Gregg & Jacqui who ensure a smoothly run, happy environment. The b&b is spotlessly clean, bedrooms extremely comfortable (we had balcony room) … the bed being the comfiest we’ve slept in away from home! Plenty of choice for breakfast which was excellently prepared by Jacqui & calmly presented by Gregg with a chat & any advise needed. Car park a bonus & position couldn’t be bettered being a hop, skip & a jump from all Lynton has to offer & walks to valley of rocks etc. Had a great week & hope to return. What a lovely place to stay! Rooms very beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with everything you need to hand. Ideal location with convenient parking, very welcoming hosts, breakfast was delicious with a wide choice available. Would highly recommended.

Had a lovely weekend at the Lee House in Lynton. The b&b is centrally located so really easy to walk and explore the town. Gregg and Jacqui were fantastic hosts recommending restaurants and things to do, breakfast was lovely, room was comfortable and the balcony view topped it off. Highly recommend!
