El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel de la ciudad. El hotel se encontró con el director general de la noche. Desafortunadamente no se le consiguió su nombre. Cuando su turno de noche se acabó, ella tomó el tiempo para ir a la habitación buscar su ordenador. Ella lo encontró y nos llamó rápidamente para asegurarnos de que estaba allí. Podría haber esperado hasta el día siguiente, pero no lo hizo. Luego hizo un trato para enviarlo a nosotros y llegó unos días más tarde. Además, el personal del hotel era amable, la habitación era sin escena y aunque no tuvimos la oportunidad de tomar el desayuno, podía decir que era genial cuando fuimos a tomar el café gratuito por la mañana. El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de todo. ¡Estás haciendo un gran trabajo!

I had the worst experience of my life staying at this hotel over the past weekend. I was traveling alone while on a trip to visit my daughter at college. When checking in at 6 p.m. they did not have a clean room available. Once I got into a room, I had another family walk into my room at 10 p.m. at night when I was sound asleep. I was scared to death and when I called down to the front desk, the staff hung up on me. When I went down to the front desk, the same staff that checked me in and gave me my room key, said that I went to the wrong room. When I tried asking how this situation was my fault, this same staff member told me to stop talking, called my ”honey” and was completely rude. Not once did she apologize or take any accountability for the situation, not to me or to the other woman and her children, who were also scared. She just kept trying to blame me, the guest, for going to the wrong room. She's the staff member that checked me in, gave me my room key and programed my key for THAT room. Rather than take responsibility for the situation and apologize for the mix-up (a big one) she acted belligerent. The general manager, Andrea, had to tell this staff member that she was outline and to walk away. This staff member then threw keys on the desk, walked into the office and was cursing and throwing items around the office, creating a scene in the lobby of the hotel in front of other guests. I will never stay at this location again and I will tell everyone I know about this insane situation.

I arrived much later than I would have liked, but was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the spacious lobby. I happened to meet the assistant manager, David Dudley, who was a consummate professional and he along with his staff made me feel not only welcome, but elevated my mood immensely through our conversation. But onto the rooms: impeccably clean, the first thing I noticed upon entering my room is that there was no lingering housekeeping smell you often find in other hotels. No, the room had a neutral yet clean and familiar smell, with Decor being comfortable and the room itself quite spacious. The mattress was nothing short of amazing for somebody with a bad back, and the bathrooms were so clean you could eat off of the counter if so inclined. Sound insulation was impressive, and the rewards program was.. well, rewarding. Being quite the hot spot, lodging in Lynchburg can be very expensive, or it can be very cheap. But you very much do get what you pay for— but in the case of the Comfort Inn, you get what you pay for and then some. I arrived beleagued, fatigued and annoyed. I left well rested, satisfied and confident as to where I would stay the next time I passed through town.

We have stayed at each of the Marriotts in Lynchburg at one point or another and were excited to give the relatively new Residence Inn a try. We found this to be our favorite Marriott in Lynchburg and would return here for future trips to the area. Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. The complimentary breakfast was well organized and frequently attended to as well. The room featured a newer Residence design that I consistently find quite comfortable, an open floor plan that still has defined areas and plenty of space. The room was very clean and in good shape, though starting to show some minor signs of wear. The bathroom design was the only thing that was a bit odd about the room, as the half-glass design of the shower created a mess no matter the water pressure. Location wise, the Residence is centrally located and only 5-10 minutes from Liberty depending on what part of campus you are visiting. Between the River Ridge Mall complex being next door and Wards Rd. one traffic light away, we had quick access to anything we needed. Overall, we had a positive experience and would keep the Residence in mind for our future trips to Lynchburg.

Just OK. We chose this hotel over others because of the free breakfast however, this was a huge disappointment. They were unable to brew enough coffee for the guests during breakfast hours so the coffee thermoses were constantly empty. Not a good way to start the day. We actually had to go elsewhere and buy coffee on the morning of our departure - boooooo

El hotel es un hotel de estilo clásico y es un hotel de estilo clásico. La habitación tenía un hinchado de fumacion de cigarrillos, y había una fuga de agua bajo el bañón en la carpeta. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero tenía una variedad menor que la habitual. Probablemente no se quedaría aquí otra vez.
