This inviting home is full of natural light thanks to the many windows throughout, and you'll stay comfortable year-round with central A/C and heating. 🛏 Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King memory foam bed Bedroom 2: Queen hybrid bed, with direct access to an uninsulated sunroom featuring a twin daybed and twin trundle—great for kids or extra guests (note: the sunroom can get chilly in winter or warm in summer). Bedroom 3: Queen hybrid bed 🍽 Kitchen & Dining The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes: * 4-burner stove and oven * Full-size fridge/freezer * Blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, hot water boiler, French press * Pots, pans, utensils, and essentials for cooking up your favorite meals 🛋 Living Areas * Comfortable living room with a large TV (please note: no TVs in the bedrooms) * Dedicated office space in the upstairs loft with sloped ceilings (~5'6" max height), a window A/C unit, and a cadet wall heater—ideal for remote work or study Bathrooms Main floor bathroom: Features a classic clawfoot tub with built-in shower Basement bathroom: Small but functional, with a compact bonus shower Extras * Washer and dryer * Vacuum and basic cleaning supplies * Fenced backyard with mature fruit trees, a patio lounge set, gas grill, and gas firepit * Lockable outdoor storage shed (gravel floor) for bikes and gear Parking & Access * Street parking for up to 4 cars in front of the house * One additional parking space on the south side * EV charger available * Please note: there are stairs leading down to the front door, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.
