The apartment has a large conservatory and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue area. Going through the garden, you arrive at the Stadtsee. There are a rowing and a paddle boat, which can be rented or you just go swimming, sits down by the water and relaxes. At cooler temperatures, the sauna is very beneficial right on the water.
