Hoteles en Lucerna con Gimnasio

Las instalaciones de la habitación y la higiene son satisfactorias, el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, el viaje a este lugar es un hotel adecuado y volverá a visitar.

Es un hotel muy antiguo. El ascensor es muy pequeño y tienes que subir tu equipaje por las escaleras dos veces antes de salir del ascensor. Así que si tienes equipaje grande, asegúrate de decirle a la recepción que te den una habitación así. No requiere subir las escaleras al salir del ascensor. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero enviaron un secador de pelo. Hace mucho ruido y sale aire frío por el frente y aire caliente por la salida de escape en la parte trasera. Entonces, ya sabes, la temperatura de la habitación. Básicamente no cambia. Afortunadamente, Lucerna no hace mucho calor por la noche y la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, no aburrida. El personal de servicio se desempeña con normalidad, ni particularmente entusiasta ni antipático, simplemente bien. Los hoteles europeos no tienen cepillos de dientes ni zapatillas, por lo que es necesario llamar para solicitarlos. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

The hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.
