①提前幾天因為天氣原因取消房型被拒絕
②晚上入住，帳篷漏水，防潮墊也不防水，體驗極差
③起初我們是雙人帳篷，後面➕180升級四人帳篷，商家衹給了兩床被子，後面因為帳篷不防水被子被浸濕了給商家打電話詢問才知道四人帳篷有四床被子，我們衹有兩床，讓商家補被子，還一個勁的説我們多拿了被子6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣
④被子一股潮味，煎熬一晚上，白天褲子都還是濕的

老闆服務特別好，其餘的就不行了，也能理解。。。他家這個地理位置好也不好，好是因為看日出不用去金頂，這裏就能看，不好是因為店在下面，你第一天辦理入住得走下來吧？然後去金頂看日落得走上去，然後晚上回來睡覺又得走下來，第二天離開的時候又得走上去，很高。。基本累死。。

室外帳篷，都是很差，被褥很臭。室外帳篷大多都在斜坡上，躺都法躺，總結，又臭又潮濕，還沒法躺好，離衞生間和熱水都非常遠。室內有房間可以擺帳篷，得加錢，基本就是價格翻倍，越晚越便宜。不過被褥沒法換，還是一樣的差。

寫的白鶴峯我定之前也打電話問了是不是白鶴峯還有，到了找不到人，再打電話問在哪讓我們去金頂南辦。。。金頂南的帳篷除了極少數室內好像都是直接鋪在草坪上的，有一些還是在斜坡上睡覺一直往下滑。。。。#衞生總之很難評，然後公共衞生間人太多了很噁心。。雖然景色是不錯，但是不建議住。。

帳篷都在斜坡上，地也不平，睡着就往下滑，硌人，然後也很吵，一直有人走動，帳篷拉上拉鍊倒是不冷，但是帳篷外面過了一會就全是水，還被子一開始沒到時間還不讓退。。。反正體驗不怎麼樣，有條件的還是早點搶到星空頂房間吧，這帳篷能不住就別住，我們也是搶不到別的了沒辦法

不要想太多，唯一的好處是能當遮風避雨，而且攜程上的賣家也是很多分銷商的一員，我們當時是在攜程提前定好房的，但是到了雲之海前台卻被告知沒有登記我們的名字，讓我自己聯繫賣家，最後是他們自己內部溝通出了問題

晚上冷，對比帳篷，星空房好很多！隔音效果一般，早上有人出發聲音比較大，房間的被子發黴了，建議可以關注一下衞生，其他都不錯
