The Central City - Luxury ApartHotel is ideally located just a short walk from the city centre. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing, but the corridors in the building are friendly, clean and bright. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was on two floors, modernly furnished, in excellent condition and had a large private terrace. However, the view from the terrace was not particularly attractive. The room was spacious and well equipped, but there was no air conditioning and the wifi, which was available, unfortunately didn't work. The gym is very well kept and the hotel also has a sauna. A secure underground car park with a lift is available for an additional fee.

Fine apartment but very warm and without airco. Matrasses a bit hard. Very clean and in a good location of the city. Parking garage was great. An extra set of blankets for a family with children would be appreciated next time. But ok in general.

Hidden and unexpected gem! Apartment/suite far exceeded expectations - well designed, clean, and spacious. The staff, especially the front desk/concierge, were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Great/convenient location, as well. Would highly recommend!

The Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our "home". Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!
