The 3,000 sq. ft. home is completely furnished with high end décor and incorporates a blend of modern yet rustic charm. The home sleeps up to 10 adults comfortably, and is comprised of 3 bedrooms + a loft with a futon, 2 ½ bathrooms, an open main living area, a spacious modern kitchen, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, a rec room, and a den. The exterior of the home consists of two outdoor living areas including a covered porch accessible from the main level dining area and a large open deck with a nearby fire pit that is located just off of the lower level. The home is in a prime location being only a short drive from Lake Superior and Lutsen Mountains. There are plentiful year-round activities and attractions in the area to please a wide variety of interests including skiing, hiking, canoeing, golfing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, sightseeing, or just relaxing in the comfort of the home.
