Excelente personal, registro fácil y las habitaciones son decentes. Podía oír mucho de otras habitaciones.

Comfortable bed , good size room. Free parking big plus. The wonderful check in with Manda. Super cheerful and friendly, warm and welcoming, with a fantastic sense of humour. What an amazing customer experience she provides for guests. Congratulations on recruiting such a first class member of staff. Thank you so much for an easy pleasant stay.

As you would expect from a Premier Inn all is clean , tidy and working. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful Ate in the restaurant- nachos as a starter somewhat disappointing but had pizza for my main and it more than made up for it - delicious . Super easy (and included) parking at the NCP literally next door on Regent Street Would highly recommend.

Room and general hotel was excellent and vg VFM. The evening meal was terrible, almost uneatable, missing items, i think the burger had been microwaved!! Not enough staff, only 2 front of house to do reception, bar and serve food/clear tables. However, those two staff were excellent and tried their very best!

had a really nice stay at Premier Inn room was spacious, had a sofa bed and a double which was more than needed but lovely to have all that extra space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Premier Inn anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Used to use this all the time. This week not a single lift worked. The room was dirty. The bathroom worn mouldy and water damaged. The WiFi was slow and the room and furniture smelled of sweat. There was a toe nail clipping on the floor. It gets two stars for the very friendly staff who try hard but have little to work with. Won’t use again.

The hotel is looking very tired and is in urgent need of a refurbishment. The carpets were stained and looked dirty . The staff were very nice and friendly.

Excellent hotel right in the centre with curry houses just on the corner Julia looked after us on check-in with ease and was very helpful and friendly then Manda was keeping us topped up with drinks in the bar with good chat ( for a spurs fan ) All is all good premier inn to stay in big restaurant with plenty of space Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel before as it is very convenient for luton airport. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Especially reception staff Manda. She explained the situation with the car parking next door, allocated a room as per our request. She managed the number of guests waiting for checkin with the new rule. (If you want to checkin before 3.00pm you have to now pay £10.00). Sadly unsure if I would book at this hotel again purely based on the carpark situation, which is no longer open 24hrs. So if you have an early flight, reception staff will direct you to another carpark close by. I don’t think I would want to walk in the very early hours to a carpark further away.
