This hotel has many facilities closed, like their convenient stores, bar etc. its mainly just room stay and the public onsen place which looks good.
Some pools are too hot to enter thou, only managed to try a few other onsen pools.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

今次入住此酒店，主因平台話是該區温泉是第一，當我們入住時前台的職員對我們說我們的房價不包浸温泉。於是我問要浸温泉，要加多少。前台服務員說她們現在提升我們，我們可以在房間浸，不能出去公眾池泡溫泉。另外我不明白，我們車泊進酒店內，只泊在外面的停車場。

給省級了家庭套房，樓上樓下，樓上的房間還有單獨的，很安靜，窗簾也很遮光，浴室衞生間都足夠大，體驗感非常好，温泉也很好，就是再多開幾個湯池就更好了，因為週末人有點多

房間十分寬敞明亮，設施完善，衞生良好，環境幽雅，能主動為客人提供完善細緻的服務，滿足客人的必要需求，前台服務員能主動溝通室外温泉處工作人員為客人調整温泉水的温度，使我們充分享受到貴賓館温泉的舒適愜意，早餐品種繁多，吵飯，炒麪，各種麪食，米粥，還有炒菜也好吃，還有牛奶，咖啡和奶茶及冷飲，飯後水果西瓜夠甜。衞生間乾濕分離效果好，室內温泉水很熱，賓館還有乒乓球枱，運動健身器材，附近景點都不太遠，打車十幾到二十元左右，我們上午去景點旅遊，下午泡温泉，晚上打打乒乓球，健健身。在這裏我們度過了快樂的倆天，真心感謝貴賓館員工的辛勤付出！如果有機會我們還想來

最低分是系統能給的最高分，負分滾粗。
晚上七點不到到酒店，一進大堂就心裏一涼，這麼大個酒店外圍黑漆漆就算了，進來就前台一個人，安靜的不像國慶假期。
辦入住開始離譜的事情就來了，先告知我訂的套房就兩間，不是a就是b，然後跟我説一聲到六樓找什麼639旁邊上樓梯，當時就有點懵逼，帶着長者小孩，怕比較麻煩就問了問有沒有可以帶送客房的，回覆沒有，這個就算了，好不容易找到位置，推開樓道門，燈也沒有，打手機手電筒爬樓梯，樓道暗的不像話。摸索上去樓道燈昏沉沉，打開房間燈又遠，開關設定完全不合理，完全不符合動線，一衹小動物都能算個插曲了。
因為這個小動物呢給的結果就是換房間，換個房間就更離譜，辦入住的時候前台説加微信，完全沒動靜還是打客房電話才説沒信號？從開始説送房卡到我實際拿到第二個房間房卡進去前後十分鐘有了吧？送房卡過來的小哥甚至不知道房型什麼情況！他也是開手機燈到房間找到開關的！甚至打電話其他工作人員問房間情況！？
考慮到長者小孩，同時也沒必要為難工作人員，想想就算了，安頓好老幼之後想起來辦入住的時候也諮詢了前台酒店餐廳的情況，確認了中餐營業到晚上八點半，還問了問説可以點菜送餐上樓。就抓緊時間（當時也就七點半）彎彎繞繞去餐廳，餐廳關門了！還是就一樓前台一個人，告訴我是員工聚餐？？？國慶期間累了？？？今天難得沒客人休息！推薦我們自己出去吃或者點外賣？那我當時問的是什麼？
艱難等完外賣後，去泡温泉，一半的池子都沒開，？？？？？
寫上述文字的時候我自己都寫笑了，什麼設備老舊，床頭沒插座，中央空調擺設，櫃機空調嗡嗡響這些都是可以用來誇這裏了，起碼能住人不是？
ps，甚至問前台拿個風油精都要登記房號？為什麼拿風油精心裏沒數？
ps的ps，不針對任何服務人員，就上述情況純粹就是酒店本身已有取死之道。

因為小孩喜歡泡温泉來廬山玩選這家住了一晚，國慶也沒幾個人，晚上餐廳也一個人都沒有，早餐也很差，總的來説性價比很低。
設施真的是很舊了，晚上游泳池這邊黑乎乎看不出幹不乾淨，邊上坐了個女服務生也不像救生員；好多湯池沒有開，小孩泡湯池的時候滑了一跤磕傷了皮，整個温泉區域也沒見到幾個服務人員，乾毛巾也沒有。
正面來説前台還蠻熱情的，泡堂時間比較長開到晚上11點，自駕的話交通也還算方便。
