We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

我們兩位長者帶了一個4歲的小娃娃，前台超驚喜的給升級了一間親子大房，娃娃超喜歡。四層的健身房裡還有小娃娃能玩兒的踢球小遊戲，娃娃特別喜歡。因為下雨出門吃飯不方便，一日三歺都是在軍官歺廳吃的飯，可選品種很多。酒店服務很貼心，臨走還送了一份禮物，一次特別滿意的休驗，謝謝酒店的所有服務人員。

酒店是国家重点保护文物，大楼有歴史价值，有懷旧味道，佈置有特色。位置幽靜，但出入牯岭街就比较不放便。军官歺厅有特色，餸菜味道很好，服务员招待得很好，值得讚赏。

在廬山三天，遊覽了那麼多景區，沒想到入住廬山大廈成了家人最滿意的行程安排。這是一家甫一接觸就令人無比滿意的酒店。
到達山下索道站台後先致電酒店預約了接站，上山後還沒出站台司機就已經在門口等候。到達酒店，幸虧司機告知可以乘坐電梯上去，要不我差點兒就準備拎着行李箱爬幾十階樓梯了。友情提示:圖二電梯在階梯左手邊。
到前台辦入住，接待人員看到我們是三個人，為我們升級成三人間，還多贈送一份早餐，實在是誠意滿滿令人驚喜。客房整潔舒適，潤膚乳馬桶墊配備齊全，洗漱用具全套精美民國風。進房間沒多久，客房人員還送來一盒特產小茶點。
收拾完行李去大廳展示區選旗袍，旗袍洋服做工非常精緻，説實話比旅拍店裡的要精美，和老媽一人一套到處拍，現在都後悔沒多換套旗袍多留點兒美照了。拍完照去咖啡廳享用套餐自帶的下午茶，兩杯美式兩份甜點。好天氣的話可以坐在外面露台上，愜意地邊喝咖啡邊看風景。
出去遊玩前，洗了件褲子晾在四樓外面的晾曬區，沒想到下午下了會兒小雨。晚上回去後發現褲子已被工作人員細心地挪到了洗衣房裡。衹想説服務定成敗，細節見真章。
晚上在酒店到處轉，各個樓層一頓拍，到處掛有廬山留影歷史照片，每間客房門邊記載入住過的國民黨軍政要，401是蔣介石住過的房間。這是歷史的記憶，是入住廬山大廈特有的歷史體驗，是即使價高房貴也仍覺物超所值的特殊所在。
自助早餐在二樓軍官餐廳，七點開餐。出去可以借用放在酒店門口的登山杖，一定要記得早點兒，我吃完早餐再去就剩最後一根了。退房時酒店還贈送了一紙袋水和零食，袋子依然是我超喜歡的民國風。
廬山大廈從設施到服務都令我和家人非常滿意，附加的歷史價值和舊址體驗感更是不能用價格衡量。以後還會再來廬山，毋庸置疑仍會選擇廬山大廈，到時一定要穿那件後悔沒穿的素雅白色旗袍拍照。

這個酒店的服務是最讓我驚呆的，一進來就免費升級了房間，然後還送了三張早餐券。而且房間也很舒適，床很軟。
民國服飾體驗:家人和孩子都喜歡在酒店的大堂換衣服拍照打卡，很沉浸其中。這一點非常好。
設施：設施齊全。
衞生：一進房間是很乾凈的，而且每天還會有阿姨來把床整理，然後換一套新的牙刷什麼的。
還有2樓的餐廳我們在那裡吃早餐基本上可以説是很豪華的。
而且走的時候還送了一袋伴手禮，我非常喜歡這裏的服務。下次有機會來廬山，我還是會住這裏！

早上6點多到的酒店，服務員很快辦好了入住，還免費升級了大床。進門的時候有迎賓禮，還送了兜好的鴨蛋。這個酒店民國風非常濃厚，孩子換了服飾非常喜歡在酒店拍照打卡，端午節還有包粽子活動，晚上還免費看了廬山戀的電影。今天退房還送了伴手禮。下次來一定還住這個酒店，體驗感真是太棒了。

總體滿意，具體：
房間：給升級到了景觀大床房，房間寬敞、層高高，景觀一般，是樹和隔壁博物館裝修中的屋頂。枕頭比較軟塌
設施：提供身體乳👍🏻吹風機是高速的👍🏻空調有除濕模式👍🏻座機壞了不過影響不大，可以手機聯繫前台。網速普通，但也能看視頻，百度網盤在線播放如果要拖進度條會卡。
服務：抵達和離開分別接送到了索道站和大巴乘車點👍🏻房間內給了歡迎小零食，並且第二天還補貨了。
餐飲：早飯正常，中式有豆漿、粥配涼菜、三種炒素菜、粉面餛飩（火力不足，餛飩容易爛），西式有咖啡、果汁、牛奶麥片、三四種小麪包/蛋糕，端午節有粽子，大致和全季水平相當。入住送了酒店餐廳的午餐晚餐代金券，餐廳價格偏貴，味道正常，下大雨能不出酒店就吃到飯還挺開心的。
