We recently stayed at Waterfront Lusail and booked 3 rooms for our group. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell short of expectations. While the rooms were generally clean, there were several issues that affected our comfort. The walls were noticeably dirty, and utensils were incomplete, making it inconvenient for basic use. There were no available trash cans in the rooms, and we were also provided with an insufficient number of towels, which was very inconvenient for a group booking. The dining experience was also disappointing. We booked with meals included, but upon arrival, the restaurant couldn’t confirm whether food would be buffet or à la carte. For breakfast, there were only two options available, which was very limiting. For lunch, the only choice was à la carte, served at 2:30 PM, even though checkout was at 12 noon. Though we were given a late check-out until 2 PM, food was only served around 1 PM, making the experience feel rushed and poorly coordinated. While the staff were polite, the lack of basic amenities, poor coordination, and unclear communication made our stay disappointing. We hope management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
