A wonderful experience, the staff were very helpful and treated us like guests in their home. The breakfast buffet was really enjoyable and all local products with the soups being a highlight. The bed was very comfortable and we were given an early check in and free room upgrade. The reception staff helped us to book the shaolin temple and longmen grottoes, which was useful as its not always easy to book online with wechat or trip.com.
A great option for those looking for something relaxing and charming

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everybody made us feel welcome. The room had everything we needed. And the hotel is in walking distance to the main Luoyang City centre. Just perfect.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in; other hotels don’t even come close. It’s a small institution but so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The service offered feels really personalized and every nook of the room feels well thought out. I’ll be happy staying in the hotel just taking pictures.

服務：入住當天已經有點晚了，但一到民宿感覺就很温暖，前台的美女小夥伴到了一杯。雪梨茶給我，帥氣的保安大哥很熱情，幫我把所有的行李都提到了房間，非常感謝，第二天又認識了一位帥哥和一位美女。人都非常的紳士跟親切，而且入住的客人他們都會送一個白色的瓦片，你可以在上面寫上你想説的，想畫的，很有詩意，老萬一看到其他客人畫的跟寫的。真的太好看啦，不好意思😐，老萬的字體是屬於『螞蟻體』哈哈哈，像螞蟻在爬已經儘量的寫好看了，感覺很有意義，有表達出我的心情就是✍🏻✨『洛陽旅行，餘舍自在』✨
衞生：民宿跟房間內外都非常的乾淨，一進到房間就很放鬆，而且床就剛好靠着窗户邊，還可以聽到鳥叫聲,忙碌完工作，下午的時候，小睡一個午覺，感覺很放鬆心情。就很度假，晚上的睡眠品質也很好👍🏻
環境：民宿是滿滿的文藝風。再加上每位客人的創作。感覺非常好，房間是原木色系。而且住起來感覺就是很厚實，讓人很有安全感。房間內的動線設計的很好。很寬敞。非常非常的舒服👍🏻
設施：有很多書籍可以去翻閲，在名著裏面就很好出片。到處充滿着歷史文化。還有洛陽的人文氣息。房間內有很多貼心的小設計。比如説浴室裏面有副小罐的洗衣精，還有加熱曬衣架，這對外出旅遊的旅人很友好，衣服很快就幹啦，小冰箱也很實用👍🏻
總評: 離店前跟前台的美女小夥伴一起合照，非常開心，她們還送了我，很實用的，餘舍周邊小禮品我很喜歡，到飛機上的時候我就拍了禮品照片，回到家我又拍了禮品照片，很感謝你們送的禮物，我很喜歡, 下次到洛陽, 我還會在入住餘舍民宿酒店, 非常好的住宿體驗👍🏻

非常不錯的體驗，圖片盤不出它的美，本來看照片不是很理解它是怎麼得到設計獎的，來了就理解了哈哈。
早飯挺好的，什麼都有，咖啡居然是手沖的，壓咖啡粉的那種，驚呆了五星酒店也沒看到過……
服務非常好，給了小桶讓我們放買來的牡丹花，幫忙叫車去高鐵站，還給了延遲退房服務，臨走的時候還請前台姐姐幫忙咔了兩張拍立得，小姐姐説沒操作過但是效果不錯哈哈。

餘舍是朋友強烈推薦的一家精品民宿，我們在洛陽牡丹花節期間入住餘舍，確實帶來了驚喜的體驗：酒店環境優美，天天都有美麗的鮮花；早餐既豐富又好吃，既有洛陽特色菜也有精緻小吃：酒店還有免費的漢服提供，都很漂亮；酒店的服務員特別周到細緻，特別是樂樂和小李兩位美女，人特別好，特別為房客着想，還為我們升級了房型；交通便利，離2號線走路就幾分鐘……總之，餘舍是一家值得推薦的酒店

從外觀看，就很想走進去看一看的地方。
到了前台，小哥哥小姐姐們的服務很好，有問必答，服務熱情，有清甜的菊花茶（超喜歡），有香梨和嘎啦果，還有大白兔奶糖😆
行李是幫忙送去房間的。房間很乾凈，處處有細節，比如茶台上有咖啡、有茶、還有大白兔😆任君挑選；衞生間有加熱衣服的晾衣架和洗衣液（幾乎沒在別處看到過）；小朋友的踩腳凳、馬桶墊和牙缸牙刷，還有小朋友的玩具和書籍，可愛的小黃鴨抱枕。
最喜歡的是有一台音響，可以放膠片、連藍牙，點播一首古琴曲，泡上一壺茶，整個感覺就不一樣了，人一下就輕鬆下來了。
常規物品和一次性用品配備齊全，7號晚上還為旅途勞累的我們免費提供了艾草泡腳，哇塞，真的泡得太舒服了，服務真的很入微。
7號回來的晚未能安排上晚餐，前台小哥哥小姐姐還幫忙聯繫和推薦周邊好吃的店家，幫忙解決處理問題👍
酒店的清晨，安靜，有鳥鳴，泡一壺茶，八段錦來一套，習完喝壺熱茶，身心舒暢。
臨走前還送了一個瓦片給我們，寫下對自己的願景，也記錄一次美好的旅行。
特別感謝早餐時分為大家服務的小姐姐，主動幫忙打湯，取吐司，服務很主動、很熱情，餐食不夠都會及時補充。👍
喜歡拍照的小姐姐們一定不要錯過，很適合文藝範的小姐姐們。
