The location of the hotel is convenient, around 15 minutes from the train station. Relatively easy to find there's a big sign in front so you wouldn't have missed it. The room is small but I already knew it when I booked. There is nothing in the room, but there's a common area outside where you can get hot water, use the washing machine and microwave. Owner is very friendly and kind, I felt looked after during my stay she even took me to the train station.
The only complaint is I don't know how to use the aircon, the room has no window so was a bit stuffy. Overall I was happy and would definitely recommend the place to my friends.

The hotel occupied two floors: reception area on the first floor and all the rooms on the second floor. There was no elevator or lift, but when checking-in, the staff offered to take our luggage to the room. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. When checking-out, the they offered to drive us to the Luoyang Longmen Railway Station 洛阳龙门站.
Two 550 ml bottles of water were provided in the room when checking-in. The room was small, so if you bring large suitcases there might be no room to open them. There were a microwave oven and a washing machine in the common area that could be used for free, including liquid laundry detergent. The washing machibe was available to use untill 10 PM, but there was neither a drier nor a common area to hang the washing, thus anything you wash needed to be dried/hanged inside your room.
Contrary to the amenities listed in trip.com for the room, no projector/TV was available in the room and there was no daily housekeeping.

Good value for money. Small room but perfectly adequate if you are just looking for a clean place with comfy bed to sleep. Super nice lady owner who took us to the High Speed train station on her little motor ped pod. Would recommend.

The service this hotel provides is excellent. Even though ai don't speak Chinese they helped me with every question I had using translate apps. They got me a Taxi to bring me to Shaoling Temple. They took me to the bank when I needed to is ean atm. They even brought me to the train station at the end of my stay. The room itself was good too in comparision to the price is cost me. Highly recommend this place.

A truly lovely environment, very well connected by public transport, bike and Didi. The room was well arranged and the staff were fantastic, especially Yuan Jing who was incredibly helpful!
Communication through WeChat was smooth. She recommended excellent places to eat, gave me plenty of useful tips and, considering the heat, even provided water which I really appreciated! Highly recommended

The front office staff are competent and hardworking. One of them was friendly and helpful. The room is simple. The lobby is small, and there is a flight of stairs to the rooms. It has everything. The shops at the perimeter of the block have a variety of local food. Just walk around and see. In the evening there are stalls.
