Booked this hotel on Agoda for one night stay - the price after discount was Rs. 1967/- without breakfast. On website the hotel gives a wrong impression by posting the picture of the full building in which it is situated. It is not a hotel at all - no restaurant inside, no service - no body responds easily. No toiletries, no tea bags, not even no glass to drink water. One water bottle was however provided. The AC had no remote, tv without remote. Washroom was terrible - dirty WC, difficult to use. The wash basin was in the bedroom beside the bed. The nameshake Wardrobe had no hangers. Better to stay any other hotel, near railway station such hotel may be available for around Rs. 700/- I in fact fell in trap due to two reasons - photo shows big impressive majestic hotel, name also suggests so and second, its location is just opposite hayatt regency, lucknow. Anyway, as I was solo traveler i spent the night any how, checking out at 7.30 morning. A big No to such horrible experience.

This is a big fraud in the name of Country Inn group of hotels and in the name of Make my trip ...highly stinking rooms and washrooms, torned and dirty bedsheets broken sofas In the name of breakfast u will get staled banana frooti sandwich and tea coffee vending machine is so dirty and unhygienic... Plus they will serve u all this in trays placed in dirty sink.. strongly recommended DONOT VISIT OR BOOK EVER Never expected that mmt will promote this.

This hotel is an absolute disaster, and I regret every second of my stay. I booked two executive rooms with pool views through Agoda, and upon arrival, was handed completely different rooms. They attempted to pass off a room on the 14th floor as a "pool view suite," but it was nothing more than a pathetic attempt to meet their misleading description. When I pointed out that the room didn’t even come close to a pool view, they arrogantly insisted that all rooms were the same, blatantly admitting that their website is a lie. There is no "suite" here, just an overpriced, underwhelming room that does not live up to a single word on their website. I spent over three hours dealing with their incompetent and dismissive staff, who were more interested in changing shifts than addressing guest concerns. The staff was so unprofessional they left the office multiple times, leaving guests to fend for themselves. Every guest in the lobby was voicing their frustration, and for good reason—this place is a joke. The room was filthy, lacking basic amenities like curtains, with yellowed bathroom tiles and cracks that collected water. The list of issues doesn’t end there: other guests had no kettles, blankets, and had to beg for water, only to receive it after shouting at the front desk. When I escalated the issue to Agoda, the hotel manager or owner couldn’t even be bothered to pick up the phone, proving how little they care about their customers. I had no choice but to leave at 6 PM and book another hotel, wasting both my time and money. This place is a scam. They charge for a "suite" that doesn’t exist, and their photos are completely misleading. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dump. If there were an option for zero stars, this hotel would deserve it. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere—this place is a nightmare

I am a regular business visitor to Lucknow and staying in Ginger Lucknow since 2018. Lots of Good memories of the service and hospitality during my stay. Same service standard maintained by the team from Mr Digvijay to Abheshekh, Shyam at the front Desk, Mr Pawan to Prashant and his team Babloo, Kanihiya, Aasif, Babloo, at restaurant. Also very supportive house keeping team of Subhash, Jitender, Ram lal, Dataram. Also good wishes to trainee Ms Ishita for her dedication towards guest satisfaction. Good security services at premises by Anurag, Kalia Singh, Ramesh and Sagar. It has been a pleasure staying here after hectic schedules during day. Very neat and clean hotel at reasonable price for business travelers situated at the heart of city. Will keep coming here again and again. Good luck Uma shankar

Pathetic stay. They are mis-using the brand of Country inn. It’s a shady lodge. Super dirty, unhygienic and no service. When I entered there were torn dirty bed sheets. Washroom was dirty too. There were mosquitoes and spiders. Breakfast was pathetic too.
