I got property location at make my trip. Food and amenities are truly very nice and services are also good.

The hotel staff is very good and the food is so tasty 🤤This place is very peaceful, there are hotels near Charbagh, I liked it very much

Hotel room is bedsheet, curtains are very dirty and sofa is also dirty. Overall experience is bad at hotel golden sky, lucknow, u. P.

Staff is cooperative, good behaviour, room s were cleaned. AC TV TAPS were functional, I got a good discount but we were 3 persons so had to take extra mattress though it was provided free of cost but my room cost after discount was 2800/-. My Auto wala brought me over here as it was first hotel after Lucknow railway station. Later on after exploring the area I realised that I could get a fair price deal of family room for 3 persons with extra bed i.e 2+1 bed. Food quality is average but I would like to rate as under: Paneer parantha 2 pcs with curd - 4 out of 5- cost -120rs. TEA- 3 out of 5- cost -28rs. Roti Basket -3 out of 5- cost -130rs. Handi Paneer- 2 out of 5- cost -175rs. Masala Bhindi - 2 out of 5- cost -120rs. Poha- 1 out of 5- cost -100rs. Kindly add 5% GST I think they don't know how to make lunch dinner paneer items effectively. For staying purpose of two persons this hotel is good option to consider due to easy connectivity of Lucknow railway station and rates are reasonable but if you request they may give you a good discount.

1. Bad washrooms 2. Very very very antique and old interior 3. Staff with no courtesy 4. Property is terrible. 5. You must conduct an inspection before partnering with sub standard properties. 6. People with dust sensitivity will choke in this property

It was very terrible and horrific stay experience. Hotel staff was very unprofessional. Rooms were very dirty and breakfast also was very bad in taste. Overall 1 star out of 5
