Muping Chaoxing Farmhouse (Jinshanling Great Wall Branch)

I cannot recommend this place enough! Firstly, we needed to drop our bags off at 10am once the train arrived in Gubeikou and they were so happy to let us into our room/hold our bags that early. Then they subsequently wowed us with their hospitality. They gave us their contact so they could give us a ride back to the accommodation from the base of the walk at Jinshanling at the end of the day. They upgraded our room. They recommended an excellent and well priced restaurant for dinner (across the road). They arranged a car to take us to the base of the wall at 0320 for sunrise. The room was beautiful, clean and beds so comfy after a day walking the wall

端午出遊，放假當天下午就出發了，所以住宿的就我們跟朋友兩家，很安靜； 1、首先是個性價比很高的住宿地兒，乾淨、安靜、設施新、面積大；是老闆家新建的一棟樓，樓下是帶院子的三大間房，樓上是3個標間1個大床房，旁邊有一排稍微舊一些的房間便宜些，圖片上能看出也不一樣，還是這個“伴山小院”划算；（稍微一點點兒建議是可以在房間裏面放一點坐的椅子之類的，房間那麼寬敞） 2、站在樓上望眼過去就是山巒，留下牆外面是文旅局的長城照片展示區域，也讓視野開闊起來； 3、老闆家餐飲也很不錯，因為開得早，現在在翻新，所以我們的早餐在對門餐廳吃的，他們都是鄰居，自家蒸的饅頭很香，人均10元，孩子不收費； 4、從小院過去長城服務中心走15分鐘左右（天熱的白天還是費勁），我們打聽長城凌晨4點就可以進去看日出再回開補票，8點才上班收票，所以我們是計劃7點出門，請老闆把我們直接送到正門（中門）又快又節省時間，非營業點衹有當地的車可以進去；所以這樣住在門口的農家院的便利性就越發顯現了。 金山嶺長城太美了，巍峨綿延，一定選個早點的時間進去，完全是享受大自然。

房間乾淨又舒適，吃飯方便，老闆很熱情，位置在景區停車場旁邊，很好的民宿

L’hôtel est super, à 10min de l’entrée de la Grande Muraille de Chine. Les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse et le restaurant est également très bien et les prix abordables. Je recommande vivement!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Cho et sa famille. Tout était parfait, nous étions comme à la maison. Cho et sa famille sont accueillants et bienveillants. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. L'endroit est calme et à quelques pas de la grande muraille de Chine. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant familial et c'était délicieux et copieux à chaque fois. Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable. Cho est aux petits soins et saura vous orienter pour la visite de la grande muraille ainsi que pour organiser votre retour sur Pékin. Une adresse incroyable où vous pouvez vous arrêter les yeux fermés lors de votre séjour à Jinshanling.

The room was spotless, modern and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Cho the business owner was a superb host, going way above and beyond to help. Very knowledgeable about Great Wall matters. Cho’s brother’s restaurant directly across the road was absolutely delicious and affordable. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Cho!
