⭐ 1 ดาว ผิดหวังมากกับการบริการ – ไม่แนะนำให้พักที่นี่ ฉันมีประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากกับโรงแรมแห่งนี้ จากเหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมอย่างหนักระหว่างเส้นทางรถไฟฟ้าจากเวียงจันทน์ไปหลวงพระบาง ทำให้ไม่สามารถเดินทางไปถึงโรงแรมได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้ ซึ่งเป็นเหตุสุดวิสัยที่ไม่มีใครอยากให้เกิดขึ้น เมื่อแจ้งขอยกเลิกการจองและขอคืนเงิน ทางโรงแรมกลับปฏิเสธอย่างไม่มีเยื่อใย ทั้งที่สภาพพื้นที่ก็มีปัญหาไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้จริงๆ พนักงานไม่แสดงความเห็นใจใดๆ และยืนยันจะไม่คืนเงิน เหมือนกับว่าทางโรงแรมสนใจแค่จะได้เงินมากกว่าการเข้าใจลูกค้าในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินแบบนี้ ถามหน่อยว่า จะให้เราไปพักยังไงถ้ามีน้ำท่วม? แล้วการปฏิเสธแบบไร้ความยืดหยุ่นเช่นนี้ แสดงถึงการไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้าเลยแม้แต่น้อย สรุป: ไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างยิ่ง! ใครที่วางแผนจะมาเที่ยวหลวงพระบาง แนะนำให้มองหาโรงแรมที่เห็นใจลูกค้าและมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากกว่านี้

Good: The staff are fantastic—truly helpful and have the perfect attitude. They genuinely assist in solving any issues, rather than just pretending to. The breakfast is great as well. Bad: The rooms, though spacious, suffer from absurd design. Indeed, the open bathrooms and toilet doors with large gaps provide no privacy (noise and smell), as they each open directly into the bedroom. If one person is sleeping, they will be disturbed if the other goes to the bathroom during the night or wakes up earlier. Even more problematic is that the light for both the open shower and the toilet is controlled by the same switch. This means that if someone uses the toilet at night, the light for the shower, which has a glass door facing the room, also turns on, making it impossible not to wake the other person. The second issue is the single-pane windows, which fail to block out external noise. Since the hotel is located right on a main road, it becomes noisy as early as 6:00 AM, even with the windows closed, due to the sound of motorcycles common in the area. If you're traveling alone and aren't too bothered by morning noise, this is a perfectly acceptable option. My advice to the owner: You have a fantastic team, so take advantage of that and invest in improving the room design. This is your part.

This experience was unfortunately very mixed. When we checked in they would not give us the spacious double room we booked, because it wasn’t available? So we got a twin room without windows that smelled absolutely horrible (our clothes started smelling too…). They offered us 10USD for the inconvenience, but totally not worth it! When we got our correct room the next day that room was very nice. The pool was also fine for a dip and they have a really nice breakfast. We just wish we’d gotten the room we paid for to begin with!

The hotel is well located. I liked the breakfast very much. The coffee from the machine is super nice. The staff is very friendly. The room was big enough (even when I travelled alone I can say it was enough big for two people). Luang Prabang is next to a river and jungle so you can't ignore this if you can handle this type of enviroment. I saw geckos in my room. They are not bad but I am a city girl and I get scared even with ants. I saw baby roaches in the toilet. Now, the night I stayed there was like a concert or a bar next to the hotel and it was noisy for some period of time at night. They have earplugs but I don't like to use them. Anything I said didn't bother me that much as the fact that there is no way to turn off the lights unless you take out the card to open the door, this means when you turn off the lights nothing can be charged. Plus you need to stand up to turn on the lights again. I was a bit annoyed by this, then I saw the yummy breakfast and it really felt that I was complaining for nothing. The tuk tuk and cars taken from the hotel might be expensive. I took some of them because I wanted to feel safe as solo female traveller but I felt very bad when I met other people and asked them how much they paid to go to the waterfalls and I paid like 4 times more. The staff is friendly and ready to help you. Close to the hotel there is a temple so it is very convenient if you wake up at 6 am to see the monks during the morning alms. Also close to the hotel there is this mountain Phou Si where you hike and have a city view. You also have many coffee shops around and restaurants. It was ok to stay here but just some minor inconvenients. But yeah try the breakfast and the banana chocolate cake. Internet was ok and AC worked fine. Hot shower also good.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel located within 15 minutes walk from Mekong river. Local morning and night market in the vicinity. Plentiful of restaurants within 500m. Hotel is old but well maintained. Excellent reception staff. Room is spacious. However, bed is facing door. Amenities like coffee/tea and hot water are available at each floor common area located at the end of hall way. Buffet breakfast is served from 7 to 10 every morning. Spread ranging from local delights to western style egg omelette, croissant, etc. Very good coffee served too. Service staff are very polite. Overall stay was pleasant. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the Shower was warm. The AC worked great. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. It was a short walk to the Night Market and to the Mekong River to watch the sunset.
