This is a NON SMOKING home - absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the property (Additional fine of $250 will apply if smoke is detected) 5. No PARTIES/EVENTS. 6. We’ve partnered with Superhog, a trusted platform specializing in risk management for vacation rentals. You'll have the option to either select a security deposit or a damage waiver at a minimal fee. Many of our guests prefer the damage waiver, as it offers peace of mind in case of any accidental mishaps during your stay.
