Closest Condo to the Gulf; Right on the beach 509

Well maintained two bedroom, two bath condominium is located off Thomas Drive. Our condo was built before the new setback rules went into effect and is located on the top floor (5th) and overlooks the Gulf right on the beach. There are no large developments on either side of Gulfgate. You can leave the condo and be on the beach in 60 seconds. The pool is heated and lounge chairs and tables for your use are located in the pool areas. You must be 26 years or older to rent at Gulfgate. Our condo has Tile floors and king size beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom also opens to the spacious balcony . Both bedrooms and living area have TV's. We also have wireless internet. We just purchased this condo which is next door to VRBO 61797(see our reviews) that we purchased new in the 70's. It has the same floor plan and have just finished the renovation with same paint scheme and beautiful new tile floors. Gulfgate is close to all major attractions and shopping. Gulfgate is the perfect place to bring your family and have a wonderful vacation.
