Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Lourdes

Hace 10 años que vamos a este hotel. Habitaciones cómodas y bien calefaccionadas. A tres cuadras de la estación de tren y a cinco minutos a pie de la gruta de uestra Señora de Lourdes. Lugar tranquilo y el personal es espectacular

Hogar muy profesional. Habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. Literías y baños de níquel. Desayuno correcto, pero sin plato para evitar que vayan y vuelvan. Es una lástima que todo esto haya sido desagradable por el ”bordel” de niños de lengua española que jugaron en los pasillos hasta la medianoche, dejando cerrar las puertas equipadas con grum y que salieron del hotel el día siguiente a las 5 horas sin hacerlo También presta atención al ruido. Así que qué dormir bien sin poder hacerlo.....

Me he alojado en el hotel, mi nombre es Maria Eugenia Climent, tengo que reconocer que la habitación en la que me aloje era tercermundista. Las que salen en las fotos son las habitaciones renovadas, pero la mía no fue una de esas, lástima no tener fotos para publicarlas. Si alguien se aloja, por favor, ver primero las habitaciones ya que, la diferencia entre las antiguas y las renovadas es bestial, parece otro hotel completamente diferente. (Tenia otras compañera que se alojaron en las renovadas y por eso se la diferencia que hay). Por cierto, se me olvido el cepillo de dientes eléctrico, valorado en mas de 100€ y me dicen que no estaba en el baño. Les he pedido que me lo envien y que yo me haría cargo de los portes y su respuesta ha sido ”Hemos comprobado y no encontramos ningún cepillo de dientes lo siento” (copio literal del mail) ... TOTALMENTE DECEPCIONADA!!

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. On a u une belle chambre. Tout était parfait et propre on a même u un ventilateur qui se trouvait dans l’armoire. Superbe nuit, l’étage est calme on peut se reposer tranquillement, je recommande.

Ibis Lourdes When we arrived we were very kindly given our room. We had asked for a room away from the lifts however when we went up to the room we were quite near the lift so I went downstairs to ask if we could change rooms. I was told by the receptionist that the hotel was full. so went back upstairs to go into the room. While I was downstairs my husband tried to get into the room many times and I also tried when back upstairs without success. The key-card machine kept flashing red except once for about 2 seconds went green but did not connect and open. So I again went downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At this point she was extremely rude saying, 'have you put the card in correctly, has it gone green etc'? Talking to us as if we had never used a keycard before! Then she proceeded to come upstairs and try the card without success herself even banging the door to try and open it. A short time afterwards once in our room I went downstairs to ask if I could have an extra blanket as sometimes I feel the cold at night to find a very helpful different receptionist who went to look for one. The room was fine- normal layout for the Ibis. Had an extremely large television. Unfortunately we had a very bad night due to what appears to the toilet fan unit being very noisy /broken and a road cleaner working along the roads outside our window from 0500 to 0545. When I mentioned in the morning that it appears the toilet fan was broken it was to the same receptionist who checked us in, turned round and said we should have asked to change rooms!!!!! When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. Excellent central location

Sin lugar a dudas el mejor hotel de Lourdes. Todo, absolutamente todo el personal del mismo es: Amable, simpático, profesional, políglotas, etc., etc. Le hacen la estancia muy buena a los peregrinos y turistas. Perfectamente adaptado para personas con movilidad Volveré. Mil gracias por hacernos felices. 100% recomendable 👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻

Establecimiento excelente, personal de trato familiar incluido el dueño y su hijo. Comida perfecta, limpieza general y de las habitaciones más que bien. Habitaciones amplias y baño completo. Sin duda recomendable 100x100. Francisco Collado. Albacete. España.

Great location! Very convenient to take the bus from the airport to the hotel (TL bus line to L5 bus line, exit at St. Joseph's gate at the Basilica). Then a short walk to the hotel. I was able to shop and drop off my souvenirs at the hotel before walking to the Grotto...so convenient. I was very happy staying there.
