WoodSpring Suites Louisville Southeast

It was a lovely comfortable stay. The staff was super nice, very friendly and extra helpful. I give this place a 9/10. Would give this place a 10/10 if they had Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Service. For the price that I paid I guess I can’t complain much but I think even $70 was a bit much for a room here. They offer smoking or non smoking rooms but it does not matter, the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture is cheap and Nothing screams incredibly clean here. All of this is expected and came at no surprise to me given the price. All of that being said I would have rated this hotel 3 stars but my morning experience here is what drove my rating into the ground. I was awoken at 9 am by pounding on my door and someone screaming “front desk”. They woke the entire hotel up to ask every customer if they were staying or checking out 2 hours before the check out time!!!! I felt like I was back in boot camp being woken up by a drill Sergeant. An appalling way to treat guests at a hotel. I would steer clear of this hotel at all costs.

Check in went very fast and front desk was super friendly!! Got to room it was very clean and smelled nice so did hallways!! Being female I felt very safe staying here. Lots of shopping dining near by!! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!!
