The resort employees are very helpful and friendly so it has that going for it. Everything is clean. If you are over 50 and what to party it’s the place. If you have a family it’s a little less fun. The kids pool is just one end of the pool. Everyone is very friendly, but it’s stressful to always tell your kids to not splash by the adults. There are always large groups of folks drinking on the pool too. Again, everyone is nice, but it’s not the most fun to always tell your kids to give the adults space. There is not a kids club. The front desk has movies, but none are for kids. None are even form the last twenty years I think. lol. So bring some DVDs if you still have them because even if you pay for the WIFI (it’s not free), it’s spotty. Everyone needs a break so if be prepared to bring upright won’t stuff. Our room was okay. I wish I’d packed a twin blow up. The fold out bed was rough and my kids didn’t want to sleep in the living room. A small blow up would have allowed them a bed in the bedroom, but gave the adults a place to hang when they went to sleep. Don’t do the timeshare “meeting” as it’s just not worth it. The activity you’ll get is the same price at the activity place. Rent a car if you can. It will make the whole experience way more fun Go to a beach club. The dolphins are awesome. Don’t stay at the room the whole time because it won’t be that fun. If you used it as a home base it’s perfect. If you want the amazing don’t leave the resort experience then go to the JW or something else because this is not it
