Jinzhu Hostel

The hotel's location is quite catchy, but it requires a 20-minute climb to reach, and there aren't any nearby restaurants. The receptionists are very nice, but the rooms have too many bugs and spiders, which is expected given the remote location. If you want to explore the scenic spots, be prepared to move around as they're far from the hotel, and there are limited buses with specific timings. The staff prepares good breakfast and takes good care of guests. For dinner, it's best to order ahead, though the food quality is good, the options are a bit limited.

LOCATION: Trip.com showed this stay as very close to the cable-car (Jinkeng terrace). That was the main reason for us to choose this place. But, on arrival, we found that this accommodation is about ~19 km far from the cable car station. So, it was an accidental choice for us. Nevertheless, this gave us an opportunity to enjoy this stay – free from hustle-bustle, no regrets. We realized the serenity of this place after visiting Dazhai! 😊 TRAVEL: Foreigners with family and kids. We traveled to the Longji Terraces from Yangshuo by 13:30 bus. It took us about 4 hours. Although we booked the ticket to Dazhai (last stop), we got off the bus at the Jinzhu intersection. The driver knows the hotel and its staff. I did reach out to Ms. Liao Yanzhen (aka Jane) through WeChat (same number as in Trip.com) before starting the journey. She informed the bus driver about us & it helped us a lot. ACCOMMODATION: It is located uphill from the Jinzhu intersection – about 15-minute walk. Since we had luggage, Ms. Jane arranged for a car to carry all our luggage to/from the stay. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Depending on the room type, a balcony view helps. I had the valley view, which was very nice early in the morning. The room is built on a treehouse concept with modern bath and restroom facilities. It had a kettle, WiFi, etc., all that comes with a standard reservation. FOOD: Received the menu available and the price per item through WeChat. The common dining area is spacious. Food portions were large and tasty! For the hotel location, the cost is reasonable. STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to make your stay comfortable. We managed all our interactions through the translator app. They surprised the kids with popcorn! During our stay, we played cards after dinner for a few hours in the common area, and the staff were kind enough to help us with table and chairs. Also, on the last day, they showed us their traditional way of preparing food and the ingredients. ONLY SUGGESTION to the hotel: please address the door noise. It is too loud and annoying for occupants as well as neighbors.

非常滿意100分住宿。幫我們拿行李，木製房間寬敞，窗外風景一流，洗浴衞生用具先進一流，食物非常美味，管家和工作人員非常熱情，給予很多幫助，像可愛的家人，步行至漂流，給我們指路，八哥鳥會説話，還打了餈耙。太好的住宿體驗，非常謝謝。

房間非常有特色，古香古色又低調奢華，住在木房才有在山寨的感覺。周圍環境很棒，早晚都適合散步。這家民宿非常衞生整潔，配套用品都很有品質。（硬件很贊） 服務更是一流，有專屬貼身管家全方位服務，我們遇到的管家是阿彩姐姐，特別熱情，特別貼心：從一進寨子就提供特色酥油茶、陪同山間漫步介紹山寨和當地生活習俗、燒柴製作爆米花、準備特色早餐、晚上唱山歌，臨走還帶我們體驗磨豆腐、做餈粑，然後讓我們帶着自己做好的餈粑路上吃，真是讓我們很感動。當然還有很多貼心服務細節，列舉不過來（軟件更贊） 想沉浸式體驗山寨生活的寶子們，這裏肯定是首選，強烈推薦。 很難忘的

盲選的民宿，真的很不錯，環境特別好，很有格調，客服管家和老闆都很熱心，民宿配備的用品比四星級酒店都好，尤其洗髮水還分男士女士，超級好用，餐廳的阿姐做家常菜很好吃，早餐也很棒，衹顧吃了沒拍全，話不多説看圖。

房間是很有特色的，飯菜也很本地特色吃得很飽。唯一遺憾是住的兩天下雨，沒有在梯田逛逛。小狗友好，可以爬上爬下很廢狗
