Estaba buscando un hotel que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba. Estaba en un curso intensivo de negocios y tenía todo lo que necesitaba en un solo lugar. Era muy cómodo y amable y la comida era de buena calidad. El menú era sabroso y variado, aunque algunos artículos no siempre estaban disponibles.

Siendo de Escocia, no estaba familiarizado con el área, cada miembro del personal fue útil con respecto al área, las direcciones y el paradero. Muy profesional y educado. El personal hizo todo lo posible, tuvo un pequeño problema con respecto a la señal del teléfono, donde se asignó mi primera habitación en el edificio, el personal resolvió esto cambiando mi habitación a un nivel superior. El hotel más cercano al aeropuerto con parking económico.

El hotel estaba bien, un poco cansado comparado con muchos Premiere Inns, pero bien. Llegué tarde el sábado por la noche y salí temprano el domingo a la mañana. No había notado el ojo de estacionamiento en la entrada y luego, cuando fui a irme, lo noté. Traté de pagar el domingo a la hora del almuerzo y no pude retroceder la fecha. Ahora recibiré un cargo por probablemente más que el costo del hotel por perder el letrero en la oscuridad. Una manera impactante de tratar a tus clientes. Consideraría una práctica más ética en el futuro, ya que el hotel estaba bien.

We had our dinner at Premier Inn East Midlands Airport and our waiter was Lorenzo. He was immediately very nice and helpful and had a very kind and a very friendly energy to him. He was very observant and proactive to know if we needed anything more. It was clear he was in his first few days working there but he seemed keen and eager to improve and be friendly. He has definitely raised the bar in terms of energy for all waiters. Very quick shout out for Jamie too working there as he was too very energetic and spilling with friendliness.

Room was OK and clean restaurant was a disaster half the dishes on the menu was not available. We ended up ordering starters and dessert only as any of the main options we wanted to eat were not available after waiting 35 mins I asked the waitress how long before my order will arrive and was told that it hasn't even been processed yet there was only about 12 other people in the restaurant at the time .I ended up cancelling my order and went to a fish and chip shop to have something hot to eat . not a happy customer

Stayed before a business meeting in Nottingham, rooms are new since the last time I was here , Booked a table with Vicki on Reception for an evening meal , meal was nice think i might book a meal deal for the next time I stay , Staff are always willing to help if I have any questions.

Lovely stay at premier inn east midlands airport, rooms are lovely, restaurant a bit dated and staff particularly Vicki rushed off her feet! She did the best she could and was was very apologetic for the wait on our food, will definitely stay again before jetting off on out jolly’s

Comfortable overnight stay prior to an early morning flight from EMA. Did not take an evening meal so cannot comment but what was on offer looked nice. Early morning Breakfast at 06:30am perfect for my early morning flight. Full-English was tasty and was quickly served. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel Nice - Food Awful -Pay Extra for Parking Had dinner around 20:30, food was warm at best. Assume they don't want to serve hot food in case some one burns their tongue and sues. Breakfast was really bad. Every item tasted the same, which was unfortunate as that taste was "dirty oven". Paying to park to stay at a hotel you are already paying a premium to stay at is not good, in my opinion. Room nice and clean. Most staff really nice too.
