FIRST FLOOR: Large kitchen with full range appliances, bar area, breakfast nook, and coffee station ( both keurig & classic coffee pot) Some pods provide Kitchen w/ sitting, dishwasher,, refrigerator, stove, oven, toast,all the type of cooking equipment. Dining room with a large table and enough seats for everyone. Living room with couch and a 75” smart TV. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom with queen bed. Landry room. SECOND FLOOR Master bedroom with a KING size bed. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom with tub and with 2 doors. One door leads to the king bedroom and the other door to the hallway. OUTSIDE Beautiful balcony with seating area to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. Seek host approval for any visitors. -No smoking 🚭 $500 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home - Pet friendly w/ 100 fee per each . Maximum 2 but ( Dogs only) we don’t allowed pets sleeping in the beds or couch.
