Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter as part of her delayed 18th birthday celebrations, a lovely hotel, clean and tidy lovely staff and well placed to get around London. Breakfast was provided and I’d say it was sufficient enough to start our day. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Stratford station but there are at least 3 buses you can get from the station directly to the hotel. We have not got one single negative thing to say about our stay here and would happily return no problem at all.

I booked this for my assistant recently as it included parking and breakfast, he said he found his room not clean. My visit this week, was ok, I got a fair deal, room was dated but clean. I could see parking was secure. There was noise and my electric was dodgy with lights buzzing (room 205). All in all I thought for £76 it was fair with breakfast.

man on reception a bit abrupt, was given a room at the back of the hotel, these rooms are seperate from the hotel and resemble cheap motels. very dated room and marks on the bedspread, no duvet, bet its freezing in winter, sheets and pillow cases had a faint smell of smoke, carpet stained, only 3 tiny portions of milk, which 2 people had to share, 2 tea bags but one had been opened so didnt use, bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Remote for the tv worked but the battery comparment cover kept falling off. only 2 towels left on the bed, not enough for 2 people, didnt try the breakfast because i read lots of reviews the night before and they were all bad about cheap food being served and miserable rude staff, glad only here for 1 night and wont book again. oh and you can very cleary here guests in the adjoining room, burping, coughing you name it, everything!

I stay in a lot of hotels in London. Usually impossible go find free parking.. which this has! Was so clean and the best value for money I have ever had in London! Convenient location, nice room, easy to get to my car! And free breakfast!

T-shirt hung up in the room vanished from a locked room. Just a warning, maybe don't leave anything sentimental in the open. Besides that , an alright hotel. Room has a fan and there is a cooked breakfast - Its near a bus route and a 10 minute walk from a EL stop. Bit Dated but fine.

Clean hotel but very poor staff.tried to converse with them as my father in law was taken very ill...had to get home and tried to cancel my last day but no chance of a sympathy from staff..room was clean breakfast was like a school day..

Booked to stay two nights as my wife was in the area for some dental surgery. When we got to the room we only had one pillow each. We asked reception for more pillows and was told there was no house keeping staff, to help and no access for more pillows. We were offered some towels which we had to pick up from reception. We had an awful night hot room and noisy fan with a tiny bed. We decided to leave after one day and trying to get a refund for the second night. I was advised by the manager we should have booked more pillows in advance never heard anything so ridiculous. Would never stay there again as the staff were useless. It wasn’t particularly cheap at £165 for two nights next time I would prefer to pay more and stay at one of the big multiples. Overall not a great experience

Two night weekend stay. Positives were the location- really convenient for the Stansted Express and the Underground. Could get into the city-centre within half an hour and the station was only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Wifi was good, regular hot water, good pressure in the shower, tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's basic but had everything you needed too. I would recommend it for people who are going to be out and about most of the day and who simply need a place to rest one's head at the end of the day. The breakfast setup was pretty poor with not much organisation. It was chaotic with no queue system and everyone trying to grab food. This could easily have been resolved with a bit of signage and extending the breakfast hours- breakfast finishes at 9am, which leads to a stampede. The breakfast area cannot cater for the volume of people in house either and there weren't enough tables. Whilst I wouldn't say the place was dirty, there were aspects of the room that were quite dusty and looked like they had been missed by the housekeeping team so perhaps a bit more attention needs to be paid. The fan in the room also didn't work- not ideal for London in a heatwave.

This hotel is well-positioned in being close to the University of East London, where I work. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and thankfully quiet. The staff are pleasant, and the included full English breakfast was very welcomed. It is slightly overpriced compared to some of the local chain hotels, but I will certainly be returning.
