Exquisite Modern City of London flat with Private balconies, just 150metres from the Tower of London Thanks for your interest in this apartment. If you wish to book, please kindly complete the AGREEMENT FORM and send it with your booking. The flat (approx 60.75 sq m / 654 sq ft.) is in the City of London - the capitals main financial district and its original historic heart. The flat is near river Thames and is surrounded by some of the capital’s most famous sights – including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Other sites include St Pauls Cathedral, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, South Bank Arts centre,The Gherkin. It is a fantastic base for exploring the Capital and all the major attractions. Shakespeares Globe Theatre is most definitely worth visiting and a trip to the West End, which is a most for the varied productions that are on all year round. The flat is 150 meters from the Tower of London with Tower Bridge just slightly further away. The flat is within easy reach of the river, and with Fenchurch and Tower Hill stations less than 2 minutes walk away, access to the rest of the city could not be easier. The flat also has excellent connections to rail and Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station, which provides a convenient link to Canary Wharf and London City airport. The flat is also on major bus routes including the Heritage No.15 tourist route from the Tower of London to Trafalgar Square and London river buses and cruises departs from the Tower pier next to the Tower of London, for further travel through the City of London. Other attractions in the area include the museum ship HMS Belfast, the Design Museum and the Monument - Christopher Wrens memorial to the Great Fire of London, all of which are less than a twenty-minute walk from the Tower Pier. You can also try walking to Sir Francis Drakes ship the Golden Hinde, the Millennium Bridge and St Pauls Cathedral from the flat. There are many pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the flat, including French, British, Asian, Indian and American Bodeans BBQ. More expensive restaurants are located close to Tower Bridge and the Eyeballs; the Mayoral building along the South Bank of the river towards Tate Modern. More cafes, shops, restaurants and a larger supermarket (Waitrose) are located in St Katherines Docks - a small marina. St Katherines Docks is a short walk from Tower Bridge. The flat is located on a street named after Samuel Pepys, the London Diarist. It is said that Samuel Pepys watched the Fire of London from the tower of the All Hallows Church in 1666. All Hallows Church, which is only 3mins walk from the flat, is the oldest church in the City of London dating back to the 7th Century and where William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, was baptized in 1664, and John Quincy Adams, 6th President of the US, married in 1797. The flat has two private balconies with direct views of the Gherkin and a view towards the direction of the river. The building has a daytime porter, Lift/Elevators. Beautiful Flat just minutes from Tower Hill Station This property was gorgeously decorated, offering a full flat that is perfect for a single person or couple. We stayed for 5 days, choosing to eat breakfast and drink our coffee each day at the flat; we also did our laundry - which was great too! Additionally, Anthony offered us an umbrella, basic toiletries, quite a few towels, and kitchen basics. The flat is a 3-5 minute walk from the train station - which is certainly a bonus!We are from Canada, which means air conditioning and scent free is very common. Our only advice is if you are like us and used to these things, just note that fans are offered and scented items are present at this property. It wasn't an issue for us, but we did notice.Overall, we highly recommend this peoperty, and to work with Anthony (he is a very nice person!)Thanks, Anthony! We hope to stay at your flat again sometime

Great location, lovely, clean property. Anthony was great at communicating and the location was absolutely fantastic. A few tiny things in the apartment could use fixing, but Anthony does supply all kinds of shampoo and amenities behind a mirror in the bathroom. The washer dryer was very handy, although I suggest running the fan while you’re using them.

Excellent location to visit London The property had everything we needed, was well located to use the underground for transport, and the concierge Calum was just great. Very helpful with advice etcWould certainly recommend this as a great place to stay for a short London visit

Perfectly Situated Apartment! Anthony's apartment in London was wonderful. Had all the amenities one needs and was so close to so many sights. Five minute walk to the Tower of London, the Uber boat, local pubs and Wetherspoons. Calum was a gem and very helpful with tips and suggestions. Anthony met us at the property and showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as described - roomy, bright and beautiful views of Trinity House and the Gherkin at night. A true haven in a busy city.We loved our stay and if we come back to London again we'll be making a bee line for Anthony's apartment. A true hidden gem. Thank you Anthony!

Perfect Set-up The apartment was spacious with floor to ceiling windows and everything we needed for a two-week stay. There were quite a few items you always need for your first day or two already in the cupboards and the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus along with the heated drying rack. Additionally, having a doorman and a locked front entry made us feel especially safe. We would rent the same place again.

Christmas in Nov We enjoyed our stay very much. Anthony dropped off some shopping for us which was very thoughtful. The location was great, so easy to get around London on the tube or uber boat. You can walk to so many of the sights and the Thames is just a very short walk. Easy to fly into Heathrow and catch a tube from the airport and Tower Hill tube station is a very quick walk. Our plane arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge at the front desk while the flat was getting ready so we could go and visit the sights. He was so helpful and friendly. Look forward to staying there again in the future
