Park Hyatt London River Thames

來倫敦呆倆天。位置的話在南岸，説遠的話也不遠，很多留學生住這邊，九榆樹這片很多高層公寓，比如otc，靠近美國大使館。往上看可以看到河岸上的倫敦眼或大本鐘。然而，南岸的話，來旅遊去海德公園，攝政街那片坐車要20分鐘左右，堵車更久。要是去camden，大英博物館那片要更久。走路的話可以沿河走走，但去北岸的景點有些遠了。周圍的街區可以説又荒涼又現代，有些朋克了，很多舊建築中間夾雜着一些高層公寓。酒店內部的話，新建的，與倫敦中間那些老酒店風格不一樣，高級而低調。人現在感覺不多。少有的有泳池的倫敦酒店，這點不錯。除此之外，也沒啥特別的點。來旅遊的話，想感受英倫風還是去市中心那幾家吧。同價位瑰麗感覺就好多了。這柏悦你説樓高吧，酒店最高就到20，窗外也沒啥風景，就是旁邊的樓。

オープン後、３週間ほどのタイミングで宿泊。 オペレーションはまだ確立できていない点もあったが、 スタッフの皆が親切で一生懸命で心地よかったです。 オペレーションが落ち着いた頃にまた宿泊できることを楽しみにしています。

When I checked out I mentioned to the Front Desk that this hotel is in my top 5 luxury (I have stayed at hundreds over 30 years) in terms of service, room, and value. The ultra high ceilings already give this property a sense of grandeur and while it is a large hotel, everything was very discreet, quiet and I felt like the only guest they were looking after. Check in was warm and friendly, and I was upgraded to a high floor with view of the Thames and the London Eye. This hotel is only a few months old and the rooms were spectacularly modern, super clean and so well designed with plentiful electrical outlets (so great when you need to charge multiple devices). It is also completely sound proof so I could get a great night's sleep (most comfortable pillows and mattress!!). As a fitness junkie, the gym did not disappoint. All the equipment and machines you could want, as well as free weights, and great stretch area with bands, med balls, etc, etc. Fresh fruit, multi-temperature water stations and even BMI machine were a nice touch. The fitness center bathrooms had a fantastic sauna and entrance to a large pool (The Park Hyatt New York still has the best hotel pool I have been to). Wish I had more time to try the spa treatments. I didn't have breakfast, but did dine one night at the casual restaurant and the meal was delicious, fresh and clean (protein salad). Service throughout from the bell to check in to spa staff was impeccable and truly lives up to the Park Hyatt prestige. Location is right next to the US embassy and while not in central London, is only a 3 minute walk to Vauxhall station. Short stroll to the water and you can walk all away along up to the Tate Modern and Borough Market or across one of the bridges to get you to central. LOVED my stay and will be back again.

Had a two night weekend stay mid-January in a King room with river view. It's a lovely property; spotless all around (as you might expect for a hotel so new). My room was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for a couple. Bathroom was great, with a very nice shower and the deepest soaking tub I think I've ever seen. The bed and pillows were super-comfortable. Food and beverage were also very well done. I had breakfast in the Nine Elms Kitchen and Lounge both mornings. The Full English breakfast was great, and easily enough food for two people. The second morning I had the Chinese breakfast brought to my room. Also very good. I had a couple of cocktails in the lounge one evening. They very very well made, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't use the spa/pool facilities, but did do a quick tour of them with a staff member and they look great. I'll be back in June/July with my wife for a longer stay, so hope to make use of them then. One thing that stood out to me was that I rarely saw other guests. Not once did I see someone else on my floor. Occasionally someone was in the lobby when I was there or there were one/two people or small groups in the restaurants/lounge, but other than that it felt almost deserted. I'm not sure if occupancy was low because of the time of year or if guests were just holed up in their very nice rooms. I know others have questioned the location, but I didn't mind it. The Vauxhall tube station (6-7 minutes away on foot) and the Nine Elms station (8-9 minutes) provided easy ways to get around. Service was fantastic - everyone went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible, from the concierge team before my arrival (I appreciated them making me a reservation for Sunday roast at a nearby pub), to the check-in staff, to the servers and door staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Finally, I received a lovely welcome amenity (I'm Globalist with Hyatt) of a bottle of wine and two madelines. The funny thing is that the handwritten note from the Front Office Mgr was addressed to someone else. I'm not sure if Mr. Hayden was the last person to stay in that room or they just mixed me up with a guest in another room, but it's not me! Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'm looking forward to returning this summer!
