Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale

El hotel debería estar en el quinto distrito de Londres, pero está muy cerca de la estación Tottenham Hale, a solo 5 minutos, y puedes ir a un gran centro comercial cerca de la estación Liangzhong, lo cual es conveniente. Este debería ser un hotel exprés, similar a ... Aunque la limpieza es buena, el mantenimiento no es satisfactorio, el baño solo necesita una ducha y el techo es como un agujero de estalactita del que gotea agua. Pero a este precio, todavía está bien.

The first room we were given had a disgusting musty smell that hit you as soon as you walked in. Luckily we had an early check-in so it was possible to get a different room. This room had sealed windows, COMPLETELY SEALED, but we thought it would be ok because of the air conditioning. Wrong. Late that night we discovered the air-con wasn't working. It was stuck at 24 degrees and we tossed and turned for the night. The sealed windows had condensation from the inside, which would explain the musty smell in the first room. We complained the next morning to the over-worked receptionist/breakfast staff and were advised to raise the issue online as there was no manager on duty. We did and despite following the protocol, the good night guarantee has been refused. What a scam. Don't offer such a guarantee if you're not going to honour it. Never again.

Room was very clean everything was at a very satisfactory level ...I use this hotel alot and I'm pleased with the overall service definitely will continue to come back.

Stone throw away from Tottenham Hale station, underground, and buses. There is a retail park across the road if you forget anything, or want a quick fast food meal. About 10 minutes away from the Tottenham high street, so lots of places to eat along there too. I was there for a concert at Tottenham Stadium, which was about a 25 minute walk (at my fast pace). As we all know it's a pickle getting back into central after an event at the stadium, so it was nice not having to skip the end. Lots of people walking that way, therefore it felt ok walking back on my own. The only thing is, the price. Obviously it hikes up during events at the stadium, but it was a LOT for the type of hotel Premier Inn is.
