Petheic experience i ever had in my entire life. I stayed here one day. The entire property was empty. Worst hotel tap was leaking throughout my stay the ac remote wasn't working. Couldn't sleep the whole night while i was busy operating the ac
smelly rooms, checked around 12 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The mattress was over used i could feel the wood. Comforter was torn-ed with stains and smelly. Cockroaches in the room. Swithes weren't working. None of the charging ports were working. Swimming pool was unclean and over bleached. The receptionist was professional, pleasent very welcoming. Room service staff was embarrassed of the amenities. But, very helpful.

Decent place to stay, rooms are too small. Old days hotel. Need a desperate upgrade of rooms. Staff was very helpful and pleasant by nature

I found this from make my trip application my experience is very bad because there is no good service and hygiene everything i feel very old charges are very high but no facilities and tasteless food

**Rating: ★★★☆☆** I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Park for a 1 night business trip. My experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. **Positives:**
1. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access key business districts and tourist attractions.
2. **Staff:** The staff were friendly and helpful. They were quick to address my requests and provided good recommendations for local dining.
3. **Cleanliness:** My room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. **Areas for Improvement:**
1. **Room Comfort:** While the room was generally comfortable, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillows were not as plush as expected.
2. **Amenities:** The amenities were quite basic. The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities, such as the gym, which had limited equipment and space.
3. **Noise:** My room faced a busy street, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the noise from traffic and nightlife. Light sleepers might find it challenging to get a good night's rest. Overall, they provided a satisfactory stay but could use some improvements to enhance guest comfort and experience. I would consider staying here again for short trips but might explore other options for longer stays.

This hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It has no takers sold the room booking in 03 times higher price. The manager tried to support in the stay but nobody wants to see critical concerns in a hotel during a stay

Stay was ok, room is small. On arrival i need to wait, because room was not ready. Tv is having very limited channels. Cleaning is ok. Need to improve.
