Haus Patricia

Thanks for a pleasant stay. Melinda is very accommodating and helpful. We got many tips for altivity and restaurants. The accommodation met our expectations. Everything was clean, the equipment was sufficient. Drinks available during breakfast. Peaceful accommodation. We would love to come back again. The welcome drink upon our arrival was very pleasant.

This is a beautiful chalet with lots of flowers growing all around it, just off the main road of the charming, small town of Lofer. (If you want to have dinner in one of the few restaurants in Lofer, which you can walk to from the B&B, be sure to make reservations because they fill up.) We stayed in the apartment, because that was the only room available for the time we were there, which was 5 days. Everything was clean and modern, with plenty of outlets and USB charging ports. (But bring your own soap and shampoo for the shower.) We also had a fully appointed kitchen and could have cooked if we wanted to. We had beautiful views of the mountains from our windows and also a balcony with a mountain view. The temperature was pleasant even in July, but the fans they provided were helpful, especially for sleeping. The room price was reasonable; we didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment on that. There is a charging station in the parking lot if you have an EV or plug-in hybrid. The place is run by Melinda and Kevin. Melinda is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She gave us much good advice about the area and lent us an electrical adaptor when ours failed. Try to avoid Kevin if you can. He is remarkably rude for someone in the hospitality business.

This is our second stay at Haus Patricia. Great location on Lofer with fantastic views of mountains. The mix of self catered apartments and B&B rooms works well. Melinda and Kevin work hard to look after guests and are very helpful/friendly. A bonus for us this year was the electric car charging on site. Altogether a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic and Wonderful stay in Haus Patricia. Accommodation and facilities were excellent. Stayed for a week here and enjoyed every minute.Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Convenient location close to ski lift .Would definitely recommend.

This year I went with my wife to Haus Patricia for the 7th time. Melinda and Kevin are really super wonderful hosts who are always super kind to the guests. They are always open for a nice chat and always help you with everything. They can really make your stay with them feel like home. We always stay in the smallest apartment which is very well equipped and has always been well maintained over the years. If you wish, Melinda hangs fresh buns at your apartment door every morning so you don't have to go out yourself. Last year they even bought my favorite coffee because I had forgotten it at home. During our vacation we immediately made a new booking because we definitely want to return to Haus Patricia every year. Melinda knows the area well and gave us tips on what to do during our vacation. These were tips about cities to visit as beautiful walks that could be done. Also the location of Haus Patricia is super because in a few minutes you are in the center of Lofer or at the cable car to go skiing.

Hotel is cozy, very clean and well maintained. You can easily walk to gondola lifts, restaurants and all other shopping. Haus P has a covered and safe place to park your bicycles. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful during our stay and told us events going on in the area. You can choose either a standard room or apartment. All have nice views.
