Bridge End Hotel

The Chilli Chips. When the waitress brought it to me she said “Be careful it’s very hot” That it was!!! From the first to last mouthful!! It was also full of flavour!! The staff are very friendly and polite Restaurant area very clean and tidy . Oh yes the Beer was good too!!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about our stay at the bridge end hotel in fact we will be returning again. Highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the family room was plenty big enough.

We walked in as a group of 40! Expecting no joy for a busy Saturday, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us by opening another section of the pub for us. Super food, super hosting and a lovely pub. Big thanks to Jason who looked after us superbly. A great experience!

Lovely two night stay at the bridge end hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean and comfortable. Sunday lunch was tasty. Busy pub! Very popular! Good band on in the function room but not on late. We will definitely return!

My partner and I were visiting the area and tried to find a nice place to eat, I choose the Bridge End Hotel because It looked nice, We sat down and while the place was busy no staff came to see us at all, The different waitresses walked by they looked at us but carried on, After about 10 or 15 minutes I went to the bar to place an order and to ask what was up, I asked a barman about ordering at the bar or wait for someone to come to us, He said that we were in the seating area and someone would be with us. I placed an order for some drinks which were over priced, I ordered Tea and a hot chocolate with alcohol inside it, I asked if I could order food and we were told that the kitchen was closing which I thought was weird as it was sometime around about 1pm afternoon, They said they would be over to take our order and drop off the drinks but no one came, Around about 1.30pm the drinks hadn't turned up at all and I was getting annoyed, I spoke to someone who was rude to us and I tried to speak to someone of shift, After a while the drinks had come and they were cold, I was annoyed that they couldn't get a drinks order right, My partner was disappointed and We just got up and left. They had more than enough staff on to help with things but yet just felt that they were lazy and didn't want to help, Rude staff and really bad customer service, I won't be coming back to the Bridge End Hotel at all and I would avoid this place due to the bad customer service

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Bridge End Hotel. Jason and the staff were welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Plenty of choice with cereals, fruit etc and also freshly cooked delicious full breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here, great value for money, location is perfect and we will definitely be back!
