Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno,
We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man,
Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals,
The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

I booked this hotel as was attending a function nearby It was conveniently located in the Town . and is also located near the retail park and the promenade . Very friendly staff and a very comfy bed. The room was clean and there was no noise in the evening.

All the Staff on Check in we interacted with was very friendly and helpful the hotel was lovely and the premier plus room was very nice and comfortable. The bed and shower in particular was great, the Breakfast was also good and the staff again was very nice will definitely come back again!

I visited the Premier inn Llandudno with my husband and two children and we had a fantastic stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault them. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable we all had a great sleep. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and excellent value especially with the children. Excellent stay at the best hotel in Llandudno

Everything here was just great, tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff were all amazing, especially Ian and Andy who couldn't have been more helpful. All hotels should have excellent staff like these. Beds and room comfortable and very clean. Will most definitely be back soon.

Stayed for 2 nights with the family Was perfectly situated within the town and good walking distance from the pier and general attractions Staff very friendly and helpful As with premier inns you know what you are going to get - the rooms were clean and simple / well kept Breakfast plentiful and good selection! nothing really to fault

The staff are absolutely fantastic - genuinely couldn't of been any more helpful, accommodating or friendly, with a minor issue with the room resolved quickly. Great location and breakfast was excellent. No parking on site but plenty of parking available within a 2 minute walk.
