Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre

The hotel is well situated close to all attractions the staff where all really friendly and helpful definitely recommend and will stay there again

Fantastic hotel staff so helpful tom help me where to eat in the town and I hope he passes his English one day. Eve served us on the bar and is aways happy to help anyone great location to the town lots of local parking and local pubs also wetherspoons

We had a lovely stay here, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Being in a town centre we wondered if it would be noisy but it wasn't at all. We all had a good night's sleep. It was also good to have a choice of having a bath and a shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and we found all the staff were so nice and friendly. Especially a big thanks to "Andy" who was great. Also "Ian" too. They made us all very welcome at breakfast. It's nice to see staff happy in their jobs. We parked in the Railway Car Park just a few minutes away and for £4.50 for 24 hours was a bargain.

Food, staff good. Would not book room 5 premier plus ... the window placement was dire! They then gave us the option of a standard room, with much better window, but single low beds. We'd previously booked a double. Only got 2 days breakfasts as remuneration for loss of cost on our booking. So out of pocket.

I booked a 2 night stay on the 19th October, for 24th to 26th December 24. I attempted on 2 occasions to book the restaurant prior to arriving. I spoke to a Woman 2 weeks prior to book. She confirmed booking. On check in I was told by the Male manager The booking for the restaurant was no longer valid. So I booked again, 2 breakfast and evening meal Xmas day. I was told If I wanted Xmas Eve I could just turn up. I asked him for a confirmation email for the times of the bookings. He refused, stating we are not a Brewers Fayre restaurant! We were refused service, on Xmas Eve stating I should have booked. The other booked meals were not on the spreadsheet as the manager had stated on check in. An employee called Eve, sorted everything out for us on Xmas day evening. She apologised and confirmed we should not have been turned away the evening before. I also feel the room was very stuffy and chlostophobic due to the windows not opening.
