Pebble House

We booked Pebble house after going on there website and seeing the the rooms etc when we got here the hosts Simon and Emma greeted us as we arrived and gave us all the details with how things works. Simon also gave some advice on the best places to go and visit and local taxi firms which are also in the welcome book. The breakfast was excellent and has a good choice, you even have an option of breakfast in bed or take it with you if you plan to go out earlier. We booked the 2nd floor room by oversight but as my wife had recently had an operation she was finding it hard to get up the stairs. This was mention to Simon who then offered us a room on the ground floor once it became available, not only did he move all of our luggage for us but also left some flowers and chocolates which they did not have to do this was because we down graded from a seaview to a smaller room. This has been a wonderful stay with great hosts and it is very clean and comfortable,we would love to stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a lovely break!!

There is no shortage of lovely accommodations in beautiful Llandudno and it was overwhelming deciding were to stay. Choosing one is not easy as you don’t want to pick the wrong one. If you want a pristine place that makes you feel like a long lost cousin coming home, pick Pebble House. You will be greeted like family and the B&B is divine. It is superbly clean, modern, beautifully renovated and welcoming. Wi-Fi was strong and did not drop. Even the toughest critic will find no fault with the accommodations here. After a long day of walking the promenade the fluffy towels were perfect after a hot shower. We slept like kings as the bed was comfortable and smelled heavenly. The breakfast included was so tasty and there were various options.. The coffee and tea were freshly brewed and we left to start our day with full bellies. There Nespresso machine in the room and the welcome basket with delicious cookies and Duck Island toiletries was a bonus! We enjoyed meeting new friends and sharing a drink on the Pebble House patio during the evening. Simon & Emma and family were the loveliest and most helpful hosts. They gave suggestions for dinner, drinks and places to visit. We loved it so much that we decided to stay another night and Simon was able to secure a room for us in their amazing B&B. He called a taxi for us when we were leaving and allowed us to store our luggage when we wanted to shop a bit on our last day. I’m so glad that we made the perfect choice in staying at Pebble House and can’t wait to return again.

Wonderful location on the seafront... Short walk to the pier and town centre. Lovely greeting by Simon the host. Very clean and well maintained. Our room premium king with seaview was fantastic.Great view whilst listening to the waves crash. Comfortable bed and nice assortment of hot drinks and biscuits. Breakfast was a choice of in room or sit in breakfast room at 0900hrs.We went for in room as we had selected using sheet provided and was it delicious . Big thank you to Simon and Emma for a lovely stay that rechsrged our batteries.

This was our fifth visit to Llandudno we always stay at Pebble House Simon and Emma are polite and very welcoming rooms are always clean breakfast is great make your choices the night before town is not too far away two lovely restaurants nearby we have already booked for next year that's how much we love staying at pebble house please book direct with them

We have just had a three night stay at Pebble House. We were welcomed by Simon, the owner, who showed us to our room. It was at the back and had a good view of the fire escape!! We got the break on a special offer so no complaints about this. The room was immaculate. The breakfasts were excellent. Freshly cooked by Emma. Simon recommended places to eat. All within walking distance. We would certainly return. Thanks to Simon and Emma for a great stay and also to Howard, Simon's Dad, from next door, whose banter kept us entertained.

We've just had a three night stay at Pebble House ,the first thing you notice is it's spotlessly clean ,the ensuite was sparkling ,we had room 8 ,the bed and pillows are very comfortable, two armchairs to relax and look out on the beautiful sea , the bathroom had complimentary toiletries we also had a coffee machine and kettle ,tea and coffee pods were supplied ,we also had complimentary cookies and shortbread, the breakfast was lovely ,cereals , yogurts ,juices ,and full English ,which my husband loved , it was a 15 to 20 minute walk into town which we enjoyed . We would definitely recommend Pebble House to family and friends and we will return next time we visit Llandudno.
