We stayed at the Bodnant Guesthouse for 2 nights. Edward is a really great host, nothing is too much trouble. The guesthouse is immaculately kept and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Bedrooms have tea and coffee ( proper coffee and a cafetière in the room). Edward provides lots of little treats and biscuits and sweeties in the room and plenty of tea and coffee. We played cards in the dining room in the evening and Edward provided some wine glasses and a bottle opener. There is a choice of breakfast foods. We had the full English which was very well cooked and presented. Nothing is too much trouble. Edward is keen that his guests are well looked after and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay at Bodnant Guest House. Very pleasant twin bed room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. I explained to Edward that I didn’t eat full English breakfast as I don’t like it. He kindly arranged my favourite breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The free treats were just up my street. I can only give good reviews. The whole guest house was immaculately clean. Thank you again for an excellent experience in Llandudno one of our favourite places to visit.

This is a guest house where the guest really feels valued and welcome. Edward is a magnificent host and ensures that your stay is comfortable and easy. He helped me with a parking space and explained about the facilities (including snacks and fridge with milk - although the bedroom had tea and coffee, milk, biscuits and chocolate). Breakfast is freshly made and served in a tastefully decorated dining room. The whole property is spotless, light and well-maintained. The area is quiet and safe and just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants but also within easy travelling distance to other locations along the coast. A very comfortable stay so I hope to be back to explore the area a bit more!

The house is beautiful, with lovely touches throughout. Edward is a wonderful host, who does all he can to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and after breaking a key in the door, he replaced it with no fuss and no blame! The room was perfect, with the comfiest bed and lovely en suite. Good powerful shower and plenty of hot water in the morning and evening. Excellent toiletries in the bathroom, and Edward provided a fan (without asking) as it was very warm. Plenty of tea and coffee, with welsh cake on arrival, and snacks available throughout. Breakfast was delicious, and pre-ordering meant no wait and no waste. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the seafront, but very quiet, particularly at night. Can't fault Bodnant Guest House and can't wait to return to Llandudno to stay again.

Excellent place, all details are so elegant and managed with extra kindness. I would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast is freshly prepared in the morning. Room is very cosy and comfortable. Location is 10 minutes walk from the esplanade.

The owner was very welcoming and very polite and friendly, helped us with directions to local attractions. I would definitely come back here again, the room was super clean i would recommend anyone to come here. Plus it was a 5mins walk to the beach.

Excellent guest house . Alan was very attentive and the snacks and drinks he leaves out for guests is a nice touch . Great night's sleep lovely and quiet . Breakfast was enjoyable to. Highly recommend a visit. Price is very reasonable for this area.

Close to town, beach, and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Bodnant Guest House is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is hot and hearty. There are snacks available if you're feeling peckish. The host is genial and helpful. Our 4 night stay was lovely.

It's well-located and facilities were excellent and comfortable, with fixtures and fittings of the very highest standard. There was great attention to detail regarding the usual needs, the bed was comfortable and there was an exceptional range of snacks in the room, with more available in the living room. Edward, the owner, was very pleasant and checked throughout my stay that I was happy. The only slight negative was the mobile phone signal. I was expecting an important call from the doctor but it kept going to voicemail. As he gave up, I've had to wait until after the holiday.
