The View Guest House (Adults Only)

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for a weekend break. It was our second visit and we where really pleased that we returned. We where met in the garden by the owner Brian and his wife, who where looking after the wonderful selection of plants and features that make the garden attractive and colourful. As it was a warm afternoon so we sat down and Brian showed me the honestly bar in the lounge, a great idea and regularly topped up with cold drinks. We quickly got talking with Brian and some of the other guests, who where so friendly. We eventually went to our room and found it was spotless with quality bedding towels etc. The breakfast was one of the best we have had while staying in Llandudno. We took advantage of using the garden seats for one of the best views of the bay, in Llandudno, we have stayed at other hotels that can't offer this. Well done and thank you to Brian and his family/ team for another wonderful stay. We will be back

First class place to stay , if your lucky as we were you can park outside ,very clean room, comfortable bed , shower could do with a little more water pressure !! Excellent cooked breakfast, honesty bar for drinks ( which were very well priced ) & very good hosts. Would stay again

Superbly comfortable, quiet room (room 6), with a lovely shower room, and quality toiletries. Excellent, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast offering plenty of choice. Great location, and a beautifully sunny, split level front terrace with wonderful views. A well stocked honesty bar, with two seats in the bay window giving you the views in the evening too.

You can NOT better the location or stunning seaviews. You actually get to choose your room at booking, so there should be no surprises. It is an adults only guest house, so the atmosphere and quietness is tranquil. The welcome and service from Brian and his team is amazing, so much so we will never choose anywhere else to stay in Llandudno. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with items such as beautiful soap/hand & body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Other little surprises too to make your stay extra special. The seaview garden is on split level's, giving you privacy from other guests if needed. Beautiful potted flowers and ornaments making an already special relaxing area a sun trap. The location is sought after with stunning Little Orm views across the sea. The access to the tram to The Giant Orme is a stroll away, walking past many restaurants and cafe's along the way. The hop on/off bus runs on the hour, and we could see the stop from our room, by the pier. Haufre Gardens, North Shore Beach, Owl Sanctuary and Happy Valley Gardens are local attractions we can recommend. We can recommend EAST Cantonese near the train st, Mostyn Tandoori on Mostyn St, Cottage Loaf, Home Cooking and The Kings Head. All serving DELICIOUS food. Can not wait to return for our 3rd vist to The View Guesthouse....and many more.

We stayed for Easter weekend. This hotel is in a fabulous spot looking all over the bay, we had room 1 it was good size room with a huge bay window. The room was spotless the bed was comfy the bathroom had everything you needed shampoo conditioner shower gel hand wash and body lotion. The breakfast was lovely and hot. Every where was spotless. There are patio table and chairs on the front to watch the world go by. We will definitely be booking again. The staff were all friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the view 23rd-27th September 2024.. we were greeted by Brian the owner who is one of the friendliest people I've met but as mad as a box of frogs ( in a good way ). The place was lovely and clean, the view across the bay was awesome ( room 8) Breakfast was pre order and worked well, only down side is I didn't feel as hungry when I woke as I did after a couple of drinks the night before, but all the same it was well cooked and tasty. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The bar as an array of beers, ciders, wines and spirits, and the prices are really good. Because it is on a hill there are a number of steps, if you struggle with your legs it could be an issue although hand rails are there to help you. The patio is a lovely place to sit if the weather is nice to watch the world go by. Well done Brian and the team, great stay .
