El hotel es muy moderno y relajado. El personal muy amable, el tipo detrás del bar recomienda la cerveza «Mahou», y fue uno de los pintos más bonitos que he tenido. La comida también fue muy buena. It's about a 15/20 minute walk to Liverpool 1 and there is also a bus station about 100 meters outside that brings you to and from the city center.

Hotel en un noble y elegante edificio, antigua sede de la White Star Company. Exteriormente y los espacios comunes son preciosos y además es muy céntrijo y su emplazamiento es immejorable. Sin embargo necesita una reforma urgente de las habitaciones, el lavabo por ejemplo necesita muchos arreglos: la cisterna, el desagüe... y eso que nos hacían dejar una fianza de 50 € por persona por otro lado el serviciode habitaciones brilla por su ausencia, no nos cambiaban las toallas ni hacían las camas. El personal de recpeción muy parco en palabras. En cambio el desayuno muy correcto para ser de hotel inglés que aconstumbran a ser justillos.

El desayuno está bien, el lugar es excelente, la estación de salida es que el Wi-Fi gratuito incluso los mensajes corren por mucho tiempo, casi hasta el punto inútil, su alta velocidad Wi-Fi 24 horas, 5 libras

Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms Pros Cheap cost City centre Close to car parks and transport links Toiletries and cleaning products provided Great facilities in apartment ( washer, fridge etc) Cons It’s an old building with single glazing so there’s some street noise ( the company has other apartments not far away in quieter locations ) The second ‘bedroom is only partitioned off from the living area so it’s unusable if the person/people in there are still asleep I have to say some of the reviews for this place made me worry if booking this was a good choice or not. But it was only for one night so what was the. Worst that could happen The apartment is beautifully furnished and the linen was clean and soft Obviously these are let all the time so there’s some general wear and tear and some of the dining chairs are a bit stained but I get that they don’t get much opportunity to deep clean However. The beds were comfy. It had everything you need for a stay away. Cups plates etc. little toiletries in the bathroom ( maybe a mini soap for the sink wouldn’t go amiss guys ). Washing up stuff and a washing machine are included if you need them The apartment was amazingly spacious It was just a friend and I but we opted for two rooms as I’m an early riser and she isn’t. Plus I snore - so I’ve saved her having to listen to me all night . The communication from the castle collection was great from the get go , the staff we met in the building were very friendly and it was nice to find somewhere that didn’t take hen/stag parties to help keep noise down If you’re wanting somewhere affordable that’s not a premier inn etc. in the city centre. Comfortable and clean then I highly recommend. We’ll definitely be using these again if we return to Liverpool

When we arrived the outside looked a little bit disappointing, don’t be put off! The staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and lovely shower. Everything was in there you would need. We normally wouldn’t stay in this type of room but it made a lovely change to have the space and comfort. We were five minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and cafes in Albert Dock and about a ten minute walk from Liverpool One. Nice and close to everything but the apartment was very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in Liverpool and hopefully will be back and definitely stay here again. Also close to the M&S and AO arenas, perfect if you’re attending an event here. Ample parking very close. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Next time we will bring Aynsley some oatcakes!
