We stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were helpful. We wanted something quite central. This apartment ended up being right beside a residential area. It’s quite far from shops etc but it’s manageable for a short stay. Reception isn’t always open so keep that in mind. A little bit stringent when it comes to cutlery, plates etc. They provided a small pot, large pan and chopping board etc. we had to ask reception for a Knife and they are not in the apartment for “safety reasons”. We also asked for extra pillows as we only had one each. The room was very warm each night. Duvet was heavy so wasn’t really used. Only real complaint would be the temperature of the apartment and difficulty drying clothes, for our short trip we found it to be a perfect little place for rest and comfort although for a longer stay you might possibly need to visit a laundromat to dry your washing as there is only a clothes rack to air out your clothing and heated towel rack to actually dry your clothing on, staff are extremely helpful and give great insight on good places to visit/get pictures of!

Brilliant flat which is equipped really well. Two great sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice living room and fully equipped kitchen. Secure parking on site (£15 per day) and a really helpful and communicative host (Akina). Brilliant location which is close to all that Liverpool has to offer. Thanks for a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended 10/10

We stayed one night at Chavasse Apartments while attending an event at the Camp & Furness. Check in was perfect & the young girl on reception was extremely helpful, sorry I didn't get her name. We were allocated room 47 on the 5th floor, really spacious apartment with everything we needed with a huge balcony overlooking the city but because of the strong winds it was too dangerous to go out there. It's only a short walk to all the famous Liverpool sites including bars & restaurants. We would highly recommend & happy to stay here again.

I arrived to my room after a long tiring journey only to find it totally untouched by cleaning staff. Other guests had recently left and it was a total mess. I negotiated a discount with the manager so no complaints there except for I must have been 3 times by the owner/office manager and his staff to process this partial refund and it never was processed. He told me I would receive notice of receipt of this discount. I am yet to. I will update this if I receive it. Other than this the room is cheaply furnished. My room had damaged upholstery and cheap art the frame of which had been badly broken. While I appreciate what may have been a sense of humour in whoever set up the BBC account the weird tv was super blue-tinted and it seemed impossible to remedy this. I had longer to stay in the city but elected to stay elsewhere and would advise fellow travellers to do the same. Attached photos: the bed upon my arrival, damaged upholstery that had been covered by a pillow, the very blue TV, the "art" with the cheap plastic cover broken (circled) (and the weirdly blue TV reflected). It's weird they ask for a damage deposit when this is the state of one's arrival.

Booked by my friend as a birthday treat for myself and another friend and honestly we all have give her the money back she paid out for this apartment . Absolutely filthy ! Towels just thrown on end of bed Shower needed a good scrub I arrived as the cleaner was still on the corridor who was not very friendly at all ( on her phone very loudly happy saying that she had vodka to bring home? ) , not at all professional . Half a toilet roll Empty hand soap pumps and dried up hand creams and tampon in the bin in bathroom . Couldn't find tv remote asked cleaner with dark hair an glasses on corridor if was spare remote an got a blank vacant stare then she proceeded to stomp up the hallway with no answer , very rude , the remote was found under the pillow in bedroom by myself ??? I've stayed here before with friends and had no complaints the 2 cleaners last time was still in our room when we arrived finishing off cleaning they made us a cup of tea while they finished the last touches in my room , mother and daughter , great couple of girls who gave us plenty of ideas of places and things to do , room was perfect and they made us so welcome don't no what's happened with the staff but this time was not very enjoyable .

Some great stuff and some lesser good with this appartment. Location is fantastic very central but still quiet. Good size kitchen and spacious apartment and friendly reception. Lesser good its looking bit dated and very grey, bad mattress far too soft . Shower screen not fitted correct so water leaked which caused a fusty smell. Few marks on walls etc in bathroom. All in all a decent stay .

I stayed here just the one night with my friend Olivia. The apartment is gorgeous! So spacious and clean, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining space, SOFA and television. It's in a brilliant location just a 5 minute walk from the main hustle and bustle of the city. Really easy to get into and out of too with well written instructions from the host. Brilliant value for money.

Very pleasantly surprised at these apartments. Our apartment was spacious, very well equipped, clean and quiet. The staff are so helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Position makes it central for all areas.

Awful stay loud people screaming shouting through the night had to complain to the night team girl screaming and kicking doors! You wouldn’t feel safe there. Entry system not clear either, you get stuck outside not a well lit area apartment not like advertised on the pictures deceiving double check what you are booking before going
