The hotel needs some updating, no sockets near the beds, on the other side of the room. Bathroom a fair size but the long window had no blind or frosted film, so when the light was on, you felt like you was in full view using the toilet or shower, especially on the first floor.Staff didn't appear friendly,. Lifts took forever. It would go to the very top floor, and then it was mostly full on the way down. Another lift was out of order. Not sure if I would stop again.

Nice breezy walk over at the dock, not too far from OneLiverpool, the shopping and easy access to find food. Staff is moderately friendly. In room amenities is of average but the basic is there. Was disappointed that my in room safe were not functioning. WiFi connection is good, never disappoint me as this is one important factor that I believe is for everyone in this era. Overall, value stay and would recommend if anyone looking for stay.

Realmente un gran descubrimiento y me quedaré de nuevo. Justo al lado de Liverpool Central para visitar New Brighton y también cerca del teatro y las tiendas de la ciudad. No se molestó con el desayuno como muchos lugares alrededor. Personal servicial y sin ruido por la noche a pesar de estar cerca de bares. Gran estancia.

Clean rooms, with amenities (supermarket, laundromats, restaurants nearby). Near the James Street Station and the pier heads as well. Overall an enjoyable stay and would likely return to Staycity next time round

This hotel is worth for money though the position is not as convenient as we thought, still not very far from the main city centre and shopping area. And the most impressive is breakfast included, prefect for budget travellers.

Amazing hotel and very good service. The only down side is that the sink is not next to the toilet which would be convenient, also if there was free parking that would be a bonus. Other than that amazing hotel, I would definitely return.

為了去看利物浦的比賽特地去的利物浦。 下次如果還有機會還是會選擇這一家酒店，態度很好，很熱情！ 而且很靠近利物浦萊姆車站，從倫敦坐火車到利物浦，一出火車站就能看到酒店，步行2分鐘就到達！ 而且就在市中心，基本上步行就可以滿足所有需求。 如果想去安菲爾德，在酒店出來的公交車站坐17號就能到達。 如果到利物浦旅遊，很建議大家住這裏。

Simplemente encantador, justo al lado del estadio, el desayuno fue realmente bueno. Nada de que quejarse. Si desea una excelente habitación de hotel con buenas comodidades, este es el lugar al que debe ir.
