環境：酒店在柳江邊，鬧中取靜。與3個金色地標建築和五星步行街隔柳江相望。步行過去大概20分鐘。
設施：酒店設施比較新
衞生：乾淨衞生
服務：酒店整體服務不錯，我們是晚上的車離開柳州，前台姑娘幫我們延遲了退房時間。

環境：酒店在柳江邊，房間正對着柳州3個金色的地標性建築，晚上在房間就能看到著名的音樂噴泉。
服務：酒店服務很好，客房服務員熱情周到，前台的小姐姐更貼心，本來酒店退房時間是中午12點，我們晚上7點的火車，還有長者，小姐姐幫我們把退房時間延後了，方便長者休息，非常感謝。

酒店裝修風格時尚簡約，特地選擇配備巨幕投影儀的房間小孩非常喜歡，房間衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適，環境清幽，沒有窗户是唯一的硬傷。周邊交通便利，有眾多網紅美食和街區，無論步行、打車、駕車去哪裡都非常方便。酒店車位如果遇上節假日空位較少，可以停收費車位，酒店報銷不用自己花錢這點點贊！

位置特別好，樓下有椿記燒鵝，過馬路就是濱江公園，散散步很舒服。江景房正對着噴泉，而且套房帶兩個衞生間。有自助洗衣房，對於我們長途旅行太便利了。早餐在七層的江景餐廳，觀景不錯，就是早餐品類略少，去晚了有些菜也不補了。前台很熱情。總體值得推薦。
