El desayuno no es malo, excepto por las verduras, la leche normal, los huevos, las frutas, etc. Aunque la ubicación no está en la ribera más próspera, tardará entre 10 y 20 minutos en llegar al río y 10 minutos en el Museo Clinton. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, pero el precio no está mal. El hotel tiene un autobús de enlace al aeropuerto, de guardia, cuando el autobús sale para enviar a otra persona, el hotel se llama Uber, gratis al aeropuerto, ¡el servicio es atento!

Came to Little Rock for the day on a business trip. Hotel was clean, In Walking distance to restaurants. Next to the river. Parking garage next door. I would definitely come back. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean, ac worked. No issues. I liked the filtered ice and water available.

I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

La habitación estaba muy familiar con las suites SpringHill. Las camas fueron muy cómodas. El desayuno, es generalmente lo que me gusta acerca de las cadenas Marriott...la coherencia. Bueno, había una versión ‘hot’ que tenía una cosa omeleta envuelta, y un cuarto de waffle envuelto. La omeleta era caliente y un poco soggia, y la waffle era fría, húmeda y soggia (se la arrojó). Así que nuestra segunda mañana en nuestro camino de la ciudad comimos nuestro desayuno.

The Staff was Always Very Friendly, and Very Courteous, and was always very Joyful to be around and always asking if we needed anything and how we were doing , and the room was Very Clean and and the ac worked great I like cold air All in All we had a Pleasant stay will go back for Sure Thank You

Highly recommend! Kudos to the staff and management. This stay ticked all the ”EXCELLENT” boxes. Room is clean and well-equipped. Parking lot is clean and has good lighting at night. Bed is comfortable. HVAC works as it should. Decent complimentary breakfast with HOT coffee, hot breakfast sandwiches, make-you-own waffles, etc. Room has an above average kitchenette. I did not need that on this trip, but will keep it in mind for leisure trips. Also pet friendly -- big plus! -- and the hotel common areas are spotless despite the presence of some big, friendly dogs. EVERY staff interaction was positive. Special thanks to Kelvin who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with printing to the guest printer when my laptop was uncooperative. Could not be more pleased. What a contrast to the last hotel. I checked out in Rogers, AR, on Friday morning and drove down to Little Rock for the final two nights of this marathon business trip. Worked late last night and was so very happy to return to a cool and comfortable hotel room with the bed made and towels replaced. I am well rested, had a good breakfast, and ready to drive six hours home. Thank you, Home2Suites!

From the staff to the cleanliness of the lobby to the room, this location is amazing! There are other facilities next door, but this hotel is beyond standard expectation. When we stay in the area, we choose this location everytime! We highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't be dissapointed and it's conveniently located in West Little Rock near restaurants, shopping, and several hospitals too.
