El hotel es muy tranquilo, pero en la mayoría de los casos, a pesar de que una noche una pareja tenía una situación doméstica que finalmente trabajaron alrededor 4AM. El menú de desayuno es muy simple en comparación con otros hoteles. El hotel es muy sólido en general.

Un viaje de calidad muy limpio. Porque es ineficaz, el personal es voluntario local. Entusiasmo amigable. La habitación es muy grande. El cuarto de baño es limpio y limpio. Desayuno gratis. El entorno es bueno. Un gran parque. También hay un museo de arte de Arkansas. El precio es muy alto.

So, let me start out with a positive note: despite the exterior looking so-so, the rooms were well kept and clean. The bad news is that somehow I reserved a smoking room. This probably happened because where I live in the US I haven't seen a smoking room in 20+ years. I didn't know they existed...really anywhere...but I guess they still exist in the US South. It was terrible. I still have a smoky smell to some of my clothes. The second night I changed, but it cost me extra to do so. I can accept that but the staff really didn't understand the concept of ”the customer is always right”, even when the customer is probably wrong. You politely tell the customer that the non-smoking rooms are a higher rate and that you would have to charge a fee to change the customer. You DO NOT tell the customer that there is nothing you can do. Also of note, the motel is right off a highway. So, if you're a light sleeper, just note that you will hear the cars going by all night. To end on a positive note, the location was reasonably convenient, the rooms were clean (no weird stained carpets or bed sheets like I've seen in Florida). Also, if you are willing to stay in the smoking room, you can get a great rate!

Tuve que esperar al menos 30 minutos antes de poder conseguir mi habitación algo estaba pasando con el propietario de computadoras me acogió en lugar de pagarme los $56 que había pagado antes, termina pagandome sólo $38 y eso fue bueno Pero cuando entró allí estaba rocas que se rodeaban de comida estaba fuera en el baño de comida dentro de las cabezas de frío drogas con constante golpear en mi puerta puede sentirse incómodo pero por el precio que valía la pena no podía pedir nada más que ellos tenía una piscina grande profunda no hay agua en ella deseo que la piscina estaba funcionando pero si no tenían lotería en su propiedad su propiedad sería mucho mejor pero porque hay mucho de la lotería y las drogas que pasan entonces lo hace difícil y lo hace el las personas que permanecen allí a veces temen especialmente si usted es nuevo al estado de Arkansas pero en general por el precio entre 30 y 50 dólares las hojas estaban limpias las toallas estaban limpias

I had read all the reviews and saw several complaints about the ”alley” which one has to pass through from parking garage to hotel. It's not an alley, at all. It's a gated, wrought-iron fenced, landscaped walkway which passes through a courtyard between the hotel and a set of condos. I thought it was quite charming (see attached photos.) It wasn't that long of a walk and I would say if a person can't carry their luggage that far, they either have too much luggage or too little exercise. The parking garage is gated, as well, and restricted to hotel guests and condo-dwellers. I didn't know how to rate this hotel so I'm just going to list the pros and cons (imo) and one can decide for themselves. Pros: - Staff were all very kind; always smiling and pleasant. - Price is right. - Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean; slept well. - Room and bathroom were clean and pretty roomy. - Carpet felt clean (didn't feel grungy like some hotels I've been in.) - A/C worked great. - On ground floor level, the elevators and all doors, and outside gate entrances, can only by accessed via one's room key. - Check in was fairly quick. - About 2 blocks from River Market District - Breakfast was ok. Cons: - A bit lackadaisical in maintenance and upkeep. - Although room was clean, there was ”wear and tear” in the room; scuffs on the wall; stains on the carpet; a little grimy on the door around the door handle - needed a good, deep clean. - The large shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty (not a big deal for us as we always carry shampoo.) - Toilet very slow to flush. - The spin cycle, on the washing machines, was set to only spin for a few minutes. When the cycle finished, the clothes were still so wet that they were just barely past the point of dripping. (That means they take longer to dry.) We dried them 2 times and they were still damp. We finally elected to put the damp clothes in a bag and take them to a laundrymat to finish drying. Cost of both the washer and the dryer is $1.50 per cycle. (Come on, Hampton; I expect this of cheap laundromats, but not an ”moderately upscale” hotel.) - No coin machine in laundry and front desk was out of change. - Breakfast is 6am-10am. A large group (15-20 people) went thru the breakfast area and completely consumed several items (no problem); the problem was that those items were never refilled/replaced for other hotel guests, and just left empty. If breakfast is 4 hours, then there needs to be all items available for 4 hours. This could be a really nice place with just a little upkeep, management and maintenance.
