第二次來知春湖酒店了，房間很大，整體比較乾淨，服務很好！過年期間價格也很不錯，沒有怎麼漲價！
雙人養生温泉套票:室外温泉很舒服，室內適合孩子。整體比較乾淨！就是休息區太小了，也沒有多少娛樂項目，也衹有簡餐，基本上泡完温泉就可以走了。
注：酒店附近有家厚廚餐館，炒菜還挺好吃。

之前去臨沂去了好幾次，都是去的觀塘温泉。但是沒住過，這次因為帶小朋友，所以決定住一晚。看了很多評價説觀塘温泉雖然好，但是住宿不太行。所以選了這家，確實還不錯，服務態度很好，管家提前加了微信，有什麼問題也迴應的很快，還給升級了房間。給配了小朋友的浴袍和拖鞋，美中不足的是温泉那邊沒有小朋友的汗蒸服，希望可以改進

週末來臨沂泡温泉多方對比選擇了知春湖酒店，總體感覺非常好
服務：前台和温泉的服務人員非常熱情，不愧是好客山東，賣冰淇淋的阿姨還多給我挖好幾個球
環境：房間很大，設施也很齊全，房間陽台可以俯瞰整個温泉區，和旁邊的湖，風景很美
一次沒玩夠，以後還會來臨沂，下次還要住！

幾乎每年都來一次，房間寬敞，景色好，窗外就是湖。孩子也特別喜歡去温泉玩，每次都樂不思蜀不想回家。這次特別配備了管家服務，特別周到，有任何問題都耐心解答。暑假還會再來。

房間剛訂好酒店工作人員就打電話來諮詢同行中是否會有孩子及孩子多大，還熱情推薦了酒店附近的林子炒**，晚上抵達後房間裏面就送去了小零食和酸奶，房間在二號樓三樓很安靜，空調也很暖和，早上起床就到樓下泡了温泉，早餐也是豐富多樣，總之行程一切順利，很開心

很喜歡酒店的環境，小院很安靜，前台服務很熱情，早餐很豐富，房間很暖和，房間放水很方便，想放水了給前台打電話就可以了，非常感謝姓解得美女工作人員，給送了牛奶和水果盤，水果都是洗乾淨得，很好吃，水池給刷了好幾遍，很乾凈，晚上泡着温泉，消除了一天得疲憊，喜歡泡温泉得來知春湖啊，
