酒店具有一定的年代感，不是非常新穎的現代設計，而是早期的宮殿歐式設計。硬件不如新酒店有些老舊，但整個酒店環境園林景觀是比較優美的，園區長廊綠植較多。房間佈局簡單衞生乾淨，床品舒適。 較為滿意的是服務，樓層保潔保潔大姐很熱情，住宿期間主動提供幫助，整體的工作人員態度都很好熱情，大堂工作人員也熱情幫助升級了房間感謝，特別表揚一下酒店西餐廳的咖啡師，一位穿白色衣服的小姐姐，每天早晨踏入餐廳見到的就是她如沐春風的温婉笑容，感染力極強。與她侃侃而談的期間瞭解海南的風土人情，為整個海南之行增添些許艷麗，也消除了旅途的疲憊，在酒店的行程也達到了休閑度假的狀態。連住了兩天，奈何酒店名牌全英文無法在此點名表揚，仿若她在工作中盡全力的幫助每一位旅客，不是敷衍的職業幫助，而是發自內心的真誠待人。祝福她工作順利步步高昇。下次再來

From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation.
